They not only need to add graduations, but also make the plate into a real lipped domed lid that won't slide off the pot while cooking. Missed it by (this much). I LOVE the spring holder.... pure genius!!!

Iv alwase not liked aluminum cook sets they never seem to be truely non stick. Let me know after using this cook set after a while how it holds up and how the actual cooking experience is. Great video 👌

I would be concerned about the durability of the nonstick coating , would it start degrading and flaking out over time ??
