The Forth Grade Bros No. Night-Stay is like Stay mode but has programmed interior zones armed.

Yes but No if u have a certain door or motion it will be an instant alarm kind like instant and away only if u have a certain door or motion proggramed as an instant alarm then thats what its for

I think the Wave 2 is less loud than the ADT rx 7

The RX-7 is 90 decibels and the wave 2 is 106, the reason probably why the rx-7 may seem to be loud is the fact that it screeches a very fast warble like a dying bird.
