Jess & I Enjoyed this quick trip to the desert. We had a lot of fun exploring a new canyon on the way to Capitol Reef. We camped all by ourselves just outside the park. For dinner we grilled some New York Strips with a nice sauté of garlic, vegetables, and mushrooms Firebox Stove style. When we woke up we hit the trail. We hiked through the stream and scrambled down drop offs alongside waterfalls the whole way. Pretty darn nice place to be for the day!

I caught your vlog last year solo camping in Dale Hollow in Tennessee trying to figure out how to cook the rainbows I had caught that day. Been a fan since... and I gotta see Utah. FWIW... those hungry man hash browns in a carton can't be beat. The guys at the fire station love them for breakfast and they go with everything. Keep making those vids. They keep the spirit up in between my shifts.
