While I agree they need to get a job done in any situation but their procedures are what keeps the military aircraft mostly reliable when compared to civilian aircraft especially since the military aircraft gets so much more airtime.

What the heck? Looks to me like there was enough room to bring that plane in from outside minus 40 degrees, to put it in that hanger side by side with the military plane. Am I right? I don't think things are even close to being logical in that hanger facility.
