Sorry to butt in here XD but its possible to have 2 relationships in ME2 going into ME3, you can 100% one character and 90% another Character to keep your options open, only really works with Liara and someone else as they arent in the same Area(Normandy) doing 2 relatiohsips on the ship leads to jealousy cutscenes. Nasty Business, dont try it lol

The lady liquified at the Collector base WAS Lillith, the same who was abducted from Horizon when you met Kaidan again, it goes to show that even if you go as early as you can, you can't save everyone. If you had done Tali's and Legion's missions after the IFF (meaning one after IFF and one after the adbuction), it would've meant you'd only save Chakwas. If you did two missions after adbuction, then you lose the Dr. as well. This is the first time I see Kelly's "romance", I even forgot it was an option as I only do Arrival after the Suicide Mission and miss her email LOL. But it made me a bit uncomfortable, no dialogue, no setup, no romantic evening, doesn't even feel like a hookup, and all the "cutscenes" are just recycled animations from other squadmates' romance visitations. You're right that Firewalker is just a very big side mission, but the reason to do it before Overlord is not for story, but for gameplay. Firewalker is basically a big Hammerhead tutorial and Overlord expects you to have played it and know how the vehicle works, because it has some sections with it, but no tutorials. Probably the best way of experiencing extra dialogue from Legion in the postgame is to leave anomalies undone, as most of them are related to mercenary groups or Alliance, not Cerberus, which fits as you've just resigned from them.

Such a small detail but damn it wish we could have saved her!! Its a shame we couldn't just wasn't fast enough and they wanted to show us what would have happened to the rest of the crew. I'm glad we went as soon as we did I couldn't have dealt with seeing the other members of the crew die like that.. Doing all the loyalties before IFF was a good call we really didn't have time for nothing beside the Heretics stuff it seems. Kelly's surprise for Shepard was so out of the blue lol. I do however appreciate that she wanted to make him happy after all we been through but the scenes were just hilarious. The hammerhead is really cool but I think since the difficulty is on insanity it makes this DLC a bit unbearable with how weak the vehicle is. I did love driving it though it was so fast and cool but crazy how fast it dies. It does seem like a nice intro to the Vehicle because I see what you mean as I just fully recorded Overlord this morning and seen it again.

Yeah, through all of my playthroughs, I've never heard all of that dialogue from Legion, because I've almost always completed all the DLCs, with the exception of the Arrival DLC, before the suicide mission. I've only played the Arrival DLC twice-- Once before the suicide mission, and once after the suicide mission. That's probably the only time I would've been able to delve deeper in the geth, but by that time, I'm so accustomed to nobody having anything else to say, that I'm never talking with the crew at that point.

Well, Kelly is the morale officer essentially, so she's doing her part in keeping your morale up. Thankfully she's completely out of the romance loop so it's the only instance when deviating from Liara is permissible. =)

Yes, you could have let Jack handle the barrier in the Collector Base, instead of Samara. None of the other biotics are an option (except Morinth, if you've killed Samara and let Morinth take her place on the Normandy). As for Kelly's dance, think of it as a reward for not cheating on Liara with any of the "serious" romance options! If you do romance anyone else, then they come up to your cabin instead of Kelly, and... well, they don't dance!

Soo welcome to Bioware reply back then to criticism that ME2 lacked the Mako. We got this discount vehicle made of tin can 😂 Yes this DLC was meant to be played very early on to give you extra credit and XP without fighting to kick start your adventure The only DLC that truly make sense to be played after the Suicide mission is Arrival though personally I like to do Liara mission afterwards as well cause in the mission she get pissed at you if romanced someone else 😂 I hope you like the Hammerhead 😂 something tells me you still will have use for it!

I really like Firewalker and the Hammerhead even though it is a glass cannon on all difficulties. But damn playing on insanity really makes it feel so much worse to the point you have to break the game. At least the hammerhead is a lot of fun to control for me. Firewalker does technically have a story though and it's worth going through for credits and resources.

I didn't mind it really it had a decent little story at the end for sure. I loved the controls of the hammerhead I just wish it was alittle more sturdy. Def would have loved to do this one early on.

unfortunately Firewalker is... kinda bad haha. in its defense, it was a free DLC at the time of its release. for me that's okay. as far as I'm concerned, I'm not going to knock a game as incredible as this for one small dim spot.

I didn't really mind the Firewalker it felt s bit fetchy but I think if I did in early it would have been a nice help. But I always enjoy the free DLCs it's always nice to have more content. This game is too good just like you said it's just to much amazing things in it.

It is odd. They created legion as if you can take him on most missions. He has dialogue for loyalty missions of others. I’ve seen video of people taking him on Tally’s loyalty mission. So not sure why they made it so you had to save the crew right after you get him. You lose out on so much with him. 😢 If you did choose to get him and the IFF immediately and then do loyalties, you would be doing all those missions with no crew and crew conversations around the ship. The ship would seem so lonely.

Yeah it seems a bit odd and it definitely was from a blind standpoint. I remember a few recommendations in the chat to do the IFF first it was spoiler free of course but seriously I wish I would have did it lmao 🤣😂 could you just imagine bringing him to go and meet Tali and the Quarians on the fleet 😆

Honestly, I do not know, do you have bugged gun in that hammerhead? Don't jump, just lift the cannon up a little and missles should kill everything when you are safe behind something. It is almost the same mechanic when you are trying to hit the enemy behind cover.

I'm not sure I think being on Insanity was making this whole DLC really tough for me since I didn't really have no idea how to use the thing at first. But arcing the gun would have been a great idea sadly I didn't see any tutorials for that unless I just missed it. I got alittle better with it today when I fully recorded the Overlord DLC but it was just a tricky vehicle to use. So fast and cool though!

@@Bowskii Yeah, fair enough there is no tutorial to this. I am also always playing this on Insanity and sure M44 is a glass cannon. Shame that there is no hp bar or anything to help us know what is going on :D. But i will prefer to use this over Mako any day :)
