47 Ronin We are losing the war on 'common decency and respect' in this country. What goes on in courts today would make a stone weep; few judges can maintain control over these rude, flippant and insolent players. Most litigants can't even sit up in a chair, they slouch like you're supposed to be genuinely grateful they even bothered to show up. Disgusting and disgraceful.,
@47ronin617 жыл бұрын
The war on decency was lost yrs ago, it's gotten so bad as to where it's now being noticed. The problem now is that is a small part of the big pie called "BULLSHIT" excuse my language, but it's true. I guess I'm a little too old school to ignore it...but I will call it every time I spot it. My ex used to say this: IF YOU LIVE LONG ENOUGH, EVERYTHING COMES UNDER USED TO BE"...and I see her words everywhere in life..even the courtrooms across this country. But this action would/will never ever fly in a Federal courtroom...automatic removal/censure or a contempt hit at best... The prosecutor really needs a dose of "act right", because it was ez for the defense to irk her with valid motions & he knew it...she really wasn't fully prepared for this "evidentiary/discovery hearing, and it showed. She should only be pissed with herself!

As a black woman I do find Mrs Lindsay to be very unprofessional. I think the word ghetto is cliche. There is good and bad ppl in every race. It is sad this country is so divided. Hate is something that is taught. Unfortunately, children are taught to hate at an early age. They are not given the opportunity to determine if they like a person based on their character and not the color of one particular race. When children go outside to play, they just want to play with their friends; they don't see black, white or etc. Again, it comes from home!

This type of hearing on vid should be shown, reviewed and debated in colleges that teach law, and courtroom ettiquette courses. THIS VID WAS "POWERFUL!!" Judge, defense and prosecutor all used skillful strategic moves, some being manipulative, and this was just the preliminary.
