Another thing I always do with my meeting invites is include a 2 minute notification in the invite. Helps everyone remember the meeting and gives them a moment to transition from whatever they were doing before the meeting. I also like it for myself too, because I feel that if I'm hosting a meeting, I should be the first person to join the meeting.

Additional point on the agendas: also get into the habit of providing a pre-read to meetings whenever possible. This can really aid with making sure that a meeting uses everybody’s time well and that ppl are on the same page

Hi, I find it more common that the availability for phone calls is likely applicable to senior mgmt only. 😂. They can call anyone anytime and expect you answer but not available to anyone lower than them….usually. Is it professional in your opinion?
