Ser Dontos's (The drunk knight) story is super sad... "In the A Song of Ice and Fire novels, Ser Dontos is the only surviving member of House Hollard. The Hollards were close allies and vassals of House Darklyn of Duskendale. When the Lord of Duskendale rebelled against the Mad King in the Defiance of Duskendale, the Hollards joined them. After Aerys II had been held prisoner by the Darklyns for several months and then rescued by Ser Barristan Selmy, he had the Darklyns and most of their vassals executed in a variety of grisly ways. Ser Barristan asked for clemency for the infant Dontos, which Aerys granted. Dontos was taken back to King's Landing and raised as a squire, eventually earning his knighthood. "

The all wedding scene is just amazing, because we can see each players personality according to some events -Margaery Tyrell: till now, we only know about her ambition and how she can manipulate. But during her marriage, we saw her in disgust about certain attitudes of Joffrey, and several times she tried to break the tensions. This show us, that she is ambitious but not cruel. Plus several times during the war of the 5 kings show, Margaery look at Sansa. -Joffrey Lannister Baratheon: we knew how cruel he was, but now we can see that he have trust enough to make certain decisions. He have no problem to humiliate every possible big noble houses, including his own. This also show us, that Joffrey would be difficult to control and would dive kingslanding in such a terror. Sooner or later, he would may grow to have ideas to start clean those people he didnt like, or were against his decision... maybe someone like tywin for exemple -Oberyn Martell: the dornish prince, have a wicked tongue, but notice how he played against Tywin and Cersei. He surouded them with jokes and shade till he got them cornered to push into a last word. this show us, that Oberyn knows how to deal with the lions in a different way. -Olenna Tyrell: Several times, she look at Joffrey atittudes like something she couldnt believe someone was doing. Sure we knew she had a strong tongue and knows how to cover her ground in diplomatic way. But this cruel actions? she doesnt have. Olenna even tried to be kind to Sansa, by offering some holidays in Highgarden. Political move or kind move? maybe both! -Tywin Lannister: he is cold and know how to deal things in a dark way, but he sense no pleasure dealing with such matters. He does whatever is necessary for his legacy. at first he was laughing, but more and more he understood that dwarf play, was very dangerous, because it mocked every big noble houses. He keep the charede just to be polite and not humiliate Joffre -Cersei Lannister: the only know who laugh at the play. Without understanding what was happening. Like Joffrey, she was enjoying every moment. Cruel and cold with short temper, how dangerous is that? cersei didnt understood that sending the leftovers to the dogs, was hurting Joffrey. Margaery mention "king joffrey" and not "in my name". cersei thought she could hurt Margaery, instead she was hurting Joffrey´s name.

What they did with the dwarf show was interesting to me, and one of the handful of moments I think were better in the show than in the books. In the books, it was just two random dwarves jousting on the back of a pig and a dog, and was only really a dig at Tyrion. Whereas the way they did it in the show was an insult to just about everyone at that high table. Margaery and her family were aligned with Renly, Sansa is Robb's sister, and Tyrion's a dwarf, so Joffrey basically orchestrated the whole show to horrify every person at the table, bring up their traumas, and put them on edge, all under the guise of like, civilised comedic entertainment based on the recent war. Great moment imo.

The moment Polliver made a threat about having "fun" with Arya, it was a done deal on what the Hound was going to do with these "kings men". The greatest characters in this kind of shows, is usually the ones that can evoke complete opposite intense emotions on different situations. Call it love or hate characters if you like, divisive ones, they have huge/multiple arcs, they are mostly gray, it doesn't go one way, they have redeeming qualities but also terrible qualities or some kind of fatal flow. Its what makes us human which makes sense in this kind of dark fantasy medieval setting. This is the category that Jaime falls in. An amazing character for me its what makes the show interesting. There is one similar character in house of the dragon as well interestingly enough. You will know when you watch it. Love or hate situations, its still so fun to watch these! Cheers !

Dani's army is by no means "weak." The followers are civilians, sure, but her army is 8000 Unsullied. During the Age of Blood, after the Doom of Valyria, the Dothraki rode out of the east and ravaged everything in their path. When the city of Quohor knew their time was coming, they hired 2 sellsword companies and sent representatives to purchase 3000 Unsullied. 25,000 Dothraki screamers rode on Quohor easily defeating both sellsword companies before the Unsullied could arrive. But they did arrive, during the night when the Dothraki were celebrating the day's victories. The next day the Dothraki riders discovered the 3000 Unsullied heavy infantry and engaged the Unsullied in open field combat. The Dothraki could have easily outflanked the Unsullied, but in their pride they met them head on... eighteen times. The Dothraki ended their attack after losing over 12,000 to the Unsullied, who had only 600 men left. After 4 days of losing to the Unsullied, the new Khal and his remaining warriors rode past the remaining Unsullied and eact man cut off his braid and threw it in a pile at the feet of the Unsullied. No, Dani's army if made up of the most badass warriors in this world. They ain't weak.

She wants to be liked, and she advances her position with a kind of subtle diplomacy that most characters never use. Robb's wife in the show is entirely different from the books, so any speculation from the show is whatever you want it to be. Jane Westerling, the book wife, was from the Westlands, and while I personally don't think SHE was a spy, there is a fair amount of evidence her mother was. Robb was wounded and Jane nursed him (and it is suggested seduced him while he was medicated) and he felt honor-bound to marry her, which was the beginning of the end of the Northern alliance. The Daario recast is because Ed Skein had an opportunity and left.

I also love how often over the last episodes people said how wrong it is to kill someone at their own wedding. 😅 The Red Wedding clearly shocked me more. Maybe because it was multiple good main characters. That someone like Joffrey would be killed isn't too surprising. He had it coming. The fun is that every season has these wtf episodes. This season has a few more.

Mr. October always coming for the new favorite characters. I’ve NEVER seen someone sh*t on Oberyn Martell. The “junk” he’s starting is revenge for his family. Give him a chance! 😊

Myself I have watched the entire series 8 times. I have watched or are watching GOT Reactors over 2 dozen times, at least, and will continue to. I still catch things I didn't before, or make connections I hadn't before

14:39 - good guess. This actor that plays the leader of Thens is from Russia, the only one from Russia to play in GoT. He did an interview about getting the role. GoT production was so worried about spoilers, they had a rule that no actor can tell about being hired to play a role. So this actor already had to a job set up in Russia at the same time as GoT shooting these episodes in Europe. He said: "imagine you have to go to work and tell them you need to push back scheduled shooting by two weeks, but you cannot really explain why or even hint that you are going to GoT. All you can say you have another job lined up." He also said that it was tradition for all guest actors sit on the Iron Throne and take pictures and the Throne is much smaller than it looks.

The reason why the recast Daario is because Skrein was choosen for a role in the film "The Transporter" He thought it was worth than this role on GOT As a fan of Alita Battle Angel he also played in :)

In the books Robbs wife is actually related to the Lannister's. She wasn't a foreign girl. She was like a distant cousin or something.

Stannis in the books literally does not bend. Only Davos ever convinces him. Davos is humble and he always tells Stannis what is in the interests of the people, not what is in his own interest. The show ruins him. It is that simple. Stannis would never ever bow to Melisandre in the books. Stannis manipulates Melisandre if anything. At Castle Black, there is a blacksmith who says in the books: "Robert was the true steel. Stannis is pure iron, black and hard and strong, yes, but brittle, the way iron gets. He'll break before he bends. And Renly, that one, he's copper, bright and shiny, pretty to look at but not worth all that much at the end of the day."

Mr. October asked how many times we've seen the show. Personally, I've seen it 7ish times, and I still catch new stuff.
