Drowning chunks of beef RAW into BBQ sauce and raw onions/peppers is gonna be a sad time. What he should’ve done is brown his beef, then added his vegetables, then added his sauce. Sauce isn’t a seasoning. Salt, Vinegar/Acid, Sugar, MSG/Umami. These are seasonings.
