Last year, we were in lock down and my kids were so happy that their dad was able to come home from deployment (USA army) just days before Christmas. Made for the best gift of all.

In America we just say Christmas ornaments. Or when your talking about “baubles” like as a decoration, we just call them balls. I always wondered what you were saying when you said “baubles” so thank you for clarifying that!☺️

Gold, dark green and red is great with grey . I have a dark grey coutch and my color of my house decorations are black, grey, dark green, gold, red and dark wood. My christmas three are silver, grey and white and everything is matching.

I bought soft fluffy snowflake throw covers so my couch feels Christmassy. I would recommend a winter theme like soft blues, whites with little pops of colour and see if you can find some nice throws that could sit on your couch.. 🎄❄️

I really love all your decs, especially the pastel lights and baubles (I say it the same as you too!) Just a thought.......your pastel lights could stay out ALL year and decorate your tree in the corner. I think it’d look so pretty! Like I said, just a thought xxxx

When I had grey sofa and chairs, I decorated in blues and silver. Lots of snowflake and snowman stuff...loved it, almost wish I hadn't changed lol

I have diffrent theme in every room. In our hallway- winter Wonderland, kitchen- pastel and silver. Bedroom and livingroom- red, white and green, but also things we got from others. Last bathroom - red and things we got from others.

My tree is white, and I bought frosted blue and silver glitter, and both came in shiny blue and silver, as well, ball ornaments , gold and silver pine cones. I call it my fairy Christmas tree. Love the things you got...really cute and pretty.

My house is already decorated. We had a red and gold theme. But I do have black and gold cushion covers. They are stunning and go with everything. Only a few dollars each on eBay a few years ago.

Everything you purchased is lovely, I look forward to seeing your finished displays. The Baubles, colored lights are perfect💕 Our Christmas colors are JEWEL TONES much like the Baubles you purchased💕 The only "actual" Christmas Item in my decor are my Trees...I have 3, 1 large and 2 small table top trees. Everything else is "Winter" themed, Snowmen and other snow related items (many different snowflakes, Icicles etc.) all in either jewel tone, frosted white or irredescent💕 Each tree is decorated differently within my overall theme! I decorate after Thanksgiving I adore Fall decor (sept-Thanksgiving), so I'm in no rush to take it down. Same with my Winter themed Christmas, I can and do leave it up well past Christmas... I ADORE the flow of all the lights💕

One of my cat's names is Penguin so we collect all kinds of things penguin themed. Christmas is really his time to shine! We have pillows, ornaments, towels, and cups. It's not our theme, we have a sweet treat theme, but there is a little bit of Penguin thrown in... probably because he's such a gooey sweet boy!

I always liked red, white/cream, and gray color scheme together for Christmas, but there are so many ways you could decorate. Blue, silver and gray are pretty too!

Pastels were huge for Winter decor last year so you could go that route with the gray sofa. Otherwise, if you want to go more traditional, it would work to add in some red buffalo plaid pillows and a throw blanket, and then use lots of reds in the decor.

I love red, green and gold when you have a white interior. White, light blue, and silver would look great on your sofa. Have fun decorating for the Holidays. My husband use to tell me when I decorated for Christmas, the house looked like the Mall does at Christmas🎄🎁🎀 Love you Jazzy.

Hey Jaz an idea to spruce up your sofa - you could go Asda or The Range & get a Christmas styled sofa throw, or if they don't have any a couple of Christmas blankets that are large enough to cover your sofa 🛋 then at least the grey will be hidden ❣ Hope this is of some help to you. Green is my favorite color, too! My favorite item from your haul was the 4-candle candle holder. That was beautiful. I think you should stick with grays (US spelling lol) and muted colors and then just add a splash of color, like red to match the berries? Or green and red? Make it look earthy and natural? Baubles = Ornaments. Christmas ornaments or bulbs. That's what we call them in my part of the US. (Michigan)

It is so darn dark here up in the north where I live so I've had some Christmas lights on already about a month but we just call them season lights at this point and they are all warm white shade. I add some colourful ones just couple of days before Christmas. There is a saying in my country that "Good Tuomas (boys name) brings the Christmas, bad Nuutti (boys name) takes it away!" and those name days are 21 of Dec to 13 of Jan and I follow those days with my decorations and Christmas tree. And those small cones are real, the tree called alder has those cute small cones. About the grey sofa, cover the back of the sofa with red blanket, and if you didn't know, reindeers are grey in real life, not brown as they usually are drawn so the grey sofa suits well to Christmas colours.

Gray goes well with light gray, silver, "ice" blue (think metallic &/or iridescent)... Next year you'll be able to refresh it 100% with, say, forest green, snowy white, with accents of red & brown...

We always put our tree up on 1st Dec... soo excited... going for a plain white bauble look... but... different finishes... so matte..glitter..glass..snowy etc... with coloured lights...wish I could find pastel coloured ones like yours..!!!

My Christmas colour scheme is purple, pink, green and silver. Purple is my favourite colour, and I kinda rebelled against my mother's colour scheme (blue and silver) when I moved out on my own and had my first Christmas tree, and it's stuck ever since. And I start decorating on the first of December.

I call the baubles the say as you. And last christmas I was singing with others Christmas carols in all sorts of locations outside-including a lot of residential streets as we couldn't be inside buildings. Everyone was very grateful as Christmas wasn't normal...

I think k the Grey sofa is just a canvas! You can do all the Christmas colors. Maybe a pretty throw blanket on the sofa along with the pillows (cushions).

I like the candle holder and I think those colors work out great because it makes it look a little more wintery than Christmas and that means you can keep it out all winter long and don't have to put it away right after Christmas.

I didn't decorate last year cuz Thanksgiving night i broke my ankle and had surgery the Tuesday after, so couldn't stand and bear weight on my ankle, in order to decorate a tree or anything really. Looking forward to decorating this year!

Love your enthusiasm and all your purchases...I'm a huge Christmas lover. My house is already all decorated inside and the outside will be done this week. I am also a crafter but had lost my mojo in the last year or so. This year, I challenged myself to make 75% of the decorations going up and, I think I did it. Not the tree or lights naturally. But, the tree ornaments, the décor pieces, etc., all made by me. It really gives me such a lift to see all the things I made.....I think I got my mojo back finally.....

you can get pinecones that small and even smaller, you could if you wanted get a red or green slip cover for your couch for Christmas or just add Christmas blankets o the couch :D

We have grey carpet in our lounge so we have gone for the Nordic/traditional theme with red, grey, white and wooden decorations but I think you could also go with white, silver/grey and your pastel blue, green and pink as that's likely more your cup of tea and would match your new lights 🎄🎅

Since you like Mickey Mouse 🐭 you should hot glue 2 small ornaments to a larger ornament and have a Mickey Mouse tree or wreath! 😊

I hang icicle lights inside as well. In the hallway, the kitchen, bedroom and in the living room/den where the Christmas tree will be. I try to put them everywhere we spend time. It’s so festive and I love it. Hubbs is going to rewire and make shorter versions to put in the bathrooms.
