You’ve now done 2/4 of the most unique purpose built ships, (this and Queen Mary) and I really hope you do the other 2! One is the Endeavour, originally built for Crystal, it’s now owned by Silverseas. It was designed specifically to cross the Drake Passage to Antarctica. The other is the Aranui 5; a half cargo half cruise ship that sails around French Polynesia! Very weird looking and unique.

This is the first ship I have ever thought... "Yeah, I'd like to do that!" Stunning room, great amenities, and French inspired menus -- "How bad can that be?" (Ina Garten). Millie looked stunning and radiant as always. I think the cruising is much more entertaining than any rail trip. Thanks for taking the time to film, edit, and share with us.

I’ve been on this cruise before and it’s outstanding. One of, if not the greatest cruises I’ve ever been on. Despite being a somewhat decent sized ship (quite small by comparison), the level of entertainment was superb and the intimacy was quite noticeable. I met many a good friends on this ship, some of whom I’ve travelled with many times since. Excellent selection with this one TT, I’m so happy you’ve shown this off.

Going in knowing that this is not the "usual" cruise to tropical places and warm sandy beaches, as long as you bring the appropriate clothing, this looks like a great cruise. I will dare say, having Millie with you while staying in that unprecedented, incredible room made it even more stunning. Always a pleasure seeing her with you on these "deluxe" trips. And the price for what you get really doesn't seem out of line. Would have been interesting to see a cruise ship breaking ice though. Maybe another time.

We have traveled on Le Commandant Charcot twice and is going to cruise with it the third time this October. It is my favorite ship. When we went to Antarctica this past February, there were 200+ crews for 150 guests.

I cant believe i saw a lot of ship crew staff from the philippines…even the cooks. i remember my dad when he was strong working with different ships from happaglloyd expedition ships to cunard lines vistafjord. He work so hard for 40 yrs. Growing up only with my mom as he always far from us thousand of miles away. I missed him so much and i admired him for being a good father provider for his family. i was saving money to give him a chance to experience being a passenger . As a token of appreciation even his home now we are still seperated since it was my turn now to work abroad . So watching this videos reminds me and remember those times when he was a seafarer

This is cruising on an entirely different level mate! Just Wow! The level of luxury is unreal! The cabin you and Millie stayed in has to be one of the most amazing cruise cabins I have ever seen on ANY cruise ship. You asked what The River Pirate 13 would order off the menu? The Haddock Filet with Artichokes and a glass of the AOC Rasteau Wine to wash it down with. The ship is designed to break ice so the ship's profile isn't the prettiest but the inside of this ship is gorgeous! What kind of rum did they have onboard? @Trektrendy
