My mother died in April 2003, and she and her mother used to go cruising together, but I never got the opportunity to do so. I would LOVE to have my mum still here and be able to take such a wonderful cruise with her. She'd have had an amazing time! I was on the Silver Whisper earlier this summer and had an amazing time. The service was amazing too.. A lot of the desserts on board have nuts in them, and being allergic I was slightly disappointed. I went to the grocery store during one of our stops at port and bought nestle toll house cookie dough in the hopes of the kitchen being able to make them for me.. Turns out they can't prepare outside food for health reasons. Next day, the butler shows up at my cabin door with a plate full of chocolate chip cookies that they made from scratch!

Though we did experience May 5th twice! lol Unfortunately rough seas meant we missed Kodiak Island and Dutch Harbour because of rough seas, so a real downer. Japan however was wonderful. Never sailed on the Whisper, but did go on for lunch in Ho Chi Min city when our Silver Shadow cruise met to say hello. Have videos on YT showing Whisper arriving and departing in Ho Chi Min and also sailing under Dartford crossing using a drone. Great video as usual… such a tough life! lol BTW… our Seward train was cancelled, but surprised you went to the main railroad station and not to the cruise terminal and a 100 yard walk, which really is door to door .

Loved the subtle reference to Emma Cruises! What a contrast, you with all luxury, her with the cheapest possible! 🤓🤓 Love both of your vantage points!

Mate, I love your videos but I really love that you get your family to partake. Thumbs up all around.

You have got the luckiest parents. But seeing as how you enjoy each others company, it is obvious they raised you well. Looking forward to where you go next.

Why does it seem like you are the only passengers on board?

Really enjoyed this as I have considered this cruise on different lines. What amazed me is that it appeared you practically had the whole ship to yourselves!

I enjoyed travel with my mother. She was not surprised by any of my quirks, and she had no quirks, she just liked the best of everything.

the reason i like your channel so much aside from the quality of the videos and narration, is that you don't just travel alone, but also with you gf and your parents. Frankly, I really hate those youtubers showing again again how they can indulge themselves with luxury trips especially flights alone. You sharing those moments with your love ones really makes the difference

The hike up that hill was a nice place. A break from the fancy high-life of luxury. 😊

That’s one of the most amazing things I’ve ever heard…”We’ve traveled so far west that it’s become east.”
