Ray seems like a great hire. Hired to drive the dump truck and got right in there to help anyway he could with no experience in concrete. From cutting wire mesh, to pulling wire mesh, pulling pins, helping snap lines, etc. Great to see Ryan teaching him on the fly. Not bad for a first day of not knowing anything.

It should be a rare time that one is late because of traffic, i used to be 30-45mins early every time in my 20' have my coffee have my smoke get my stuff ready and be on a swingstage at 8am, now my younger workers think if they start at 8 why shoukd they be at the job b4 that if they're not getting paid, and on top of that ask how they want to be project managers and what shoukd they do to grown in the company, hinestly i've lost all the faith in the new geberation construction/restoration workers...just have to tolerate guys that show up every day but are late every day.
