Ok Hussey, here's my comment, since you like it sooo much. Congradulations on the Hussey griddle. Next, who doesn't like a good fried rice. I know I cant say no. Ya know, I like using my old or empty ketchup squeeze bottles for my oils. For me, they work better than the ones you buy. Great cook and GRIDDLE ON DUDE.

This is much like Thai fried rice, but that would include some very hot Thai peppers too. It is excellent though. Nice work on the rice, Mr Hussey!

Great cook Hussey. Absolutely pineapple. Your new griddle looks like the Blackstone 1901 with a side burner. Just got the 1901 myself last fall, it has been a great addition to my arsenal, my dual burner 22" needed some help for the big cooks. God bless buddy.

Would a griddle last not being under a shelter and left out in the elements?
@hudsonja2 жыл бұрын
If it's well seasoned it can, just be sure at least buy a cover for it and gently clean it before using. I have a 36" Blackstone with a Blackstone cover, and a buddy has a similar Campchef one with a steel fitted cover, and both are fine. Just don't leave it for months or years on end without using it, stuff underneath could rust out. The cooking surface should be okay though if it's seasoned correctly.
