Two questions from a Blackstone newbie (got mine assembled, seasoned, and ready for groceries): 1. What temps do you use (starting out...and when you "turn it up," what do you turn it to? 2. What cut of steak? (Ribeye?, Round?, etc.) Keep it up, Brother Matt!
@thehungryhussey2 жыл бұрын
Fried rice, around a medium heat. Steak I used ny strip but typically use ribeye. You could use filet too. For the steak, I go high.

Sorry! I forgot it. Here it is. I also added to the description. Teriyaki sauce: 1/4 cup soy sauce (I used low sodium) 5 tablespoons brown sugar 1 cup water 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon ginger (to taste, I added a squirt of ginger paste later) 2 tablespoons honey Splash of rice wine vinegar After bringing to slight boil, get 1/4 cup water and 2 tablespoons cornstarch to make a slurry to thicken the sauce.
