This is what I like about Mergim's vlog. Very natural. Positive attracts positive no matter how the travelling in the Philippines can be very difficult and feels discomfort for foreigners/tourists. I love the cloud formations and colors in Bantayan islands specially the sunset. Try to watch. Good you’re doing well in your trip and interacting with locals. You’re funny with the jelly fish. Views of around 15,000 for each video even if 7 a week are uploaded is way below what most content creators look for to ensure sustainability of the channel. This video is excellent quality, the location very easy on the eye and interaction with the locals adds a nice touch. Hopefully this video attracts the masses. Less than two months ago 50,000 to 80,000 people were viewing each daily video whether or not they be subscribers. Those viewers appear to have dropped right off and not sure why. It's a tough gig for sure!

@@El_.5794 I have actually mentioned that on one of his videos subsequent to him returning to the Philippines when things were getting a little mundane. I too skipped the chat which, as you said, was half the content. The problem may well be budget as it appears expensive constantly on the road, travelling, island hopping etc etc. Maybe a bit of a catch 22 hence the need for subscribers (and also those viewers that come across the videos, view but don't subscribe) to view his work en masse as they originally were. There clearly is a substantial drop off in numbers and numbers mean income from views and adverts 😀

I was there too I have video of the black jellyfish swimming and one the puppy is a not puppy anymore I called the small dog then he came with us for entire time until we reached to our hotel then I gave him (dog) a treat. I enjoyed my stay in bantayan

VISAYAS has the most beautiful white sand Beaches in the Philippines. They have Boracay, Bantayan, Panglao and Kalanggaman. Boracay and Bantayan will get head to head once Bantayan will be developed because Bantayan has more to offer and the water is more clear.

If you want to go to kalanggaman (if you dont know) you need to go to cebu city catch a ferry to ormoc trip time about 3 hrs then there should be vans going to palompon (where kalanggaman is) Note: You might need to book before you go

There are a lot of hidden beaches in Bantayan, if you know where to look you can find them. Some, you need to go down a small cliff. Also look for balidbid lagoon as well, and secret beach or paradise beach.
