This video came up in my KZbin home screen. First of all, I personally loved Pai (and most of northern Thailand), so this video brings back some really awesome memories. Second, it is amazing to read the first comment where they congratulate you both on 1M views & 10k subscribers. Look at you now, 2 years later you have grown your views by 12x (12.5M views!) & 7x your subscribers (77.1k subs!). Incredible channel growth, improved video shooting & editing skills, awesome postcard drawings, and much more. Congrats!

When you go to Pai , especially Mea Hong Sorn loop . You must go to Tham Nam Lod. It is one of the most beautiful cave , I ever been in my life. It is close to Pai about an hour. However, if you drive by using the Mae Hong Sorn loop route, you will pass it. Don‘t miss this place. It is spectacular.

The Pai area is so beautiful. That has to be a welcome break from the heat. Hopefully the burning season doesn't get much worse than this even though I think this is just the beginning of it.

The burning typically gets worse later in February. Sad, but apparently they have been doing this for ages. Quite spectacular early evening and during the night.

Did you go to Barrett-Jackson? The weather in Phoenix is ridiculously hot. During the summer it is comparable to some places in the Middle East. Glad you made it out alive! 😬 We both lived in a small town about two hours North of Phoenix, called Sedona. About 20 degrees (Fahrenheit) cooler most the time. Not sure if you stopped through there on your way to LA. That is one nice thing about the Southwest US though - very dark skies because of the low light pollution!

When you get back to Bangkok go on the river and take the orange line to the end and get there around 3p and walk the market its really cool and plenty of food. I was there earlier this year in January and would love to go again at the end of the year.

"Sponsor" is the Thai brand original sport drink debuted about 30 years ago. It is sweetened electrolyte comprising mainly sugar + mineral suitable for those laborers/sportpersons working in the sun. If you have diarrhea and you don't bother to buy electrolyte bag (5-6 baht) from pharmacy, you can choose to buy 10-baht sponsor on 250 ml glass bottle instead like I did in the past. It was debuted at 10 baht in 250 ml glass bottle and after 30 years is still 10 baht. The same price of Kathingdaeng (Red Bull) in 150cc glass bottle debuted about 50 years ago and is still 10 baht. Both brands belong to the same Yoovidhaya family. While Kathingdaeng (Red Bull) is no longer No.1 seller in Thailand (No.2 now, as No. 1 is M150 for the last 20 years), Sponsor is still No. 1 since its debut. The No.2 sport drink belongs to the same owner of M150. Apart from the original favor (yellow color), Sponsor now comes in a few more favors including lime (my favorite). The size varies from the original 250ml glass bottle (10 baht) to 350ml can (13 baht) and the largest size plastic bottle that you drink (costing 15 baht?).
@OnePackWanderers2 жыл бұрын
You are right, it cost 15 baht. The rivalry between the Yoovidhaya family and the producers of M150 is interesting. It’s seems very similar to the Coca-Cola v. Pepsi rivalry.
