As a beginner I do cycle and cross walk for 10 min each as warm up and 10 min trademill at last as cool down is that fine. I have very low flexibility

All of this is very subjective, it all depends on your goals. If you want to lose fat then, yes, you should do weight training and cardio both. You can do them in different sessions or weight training followed by cardio.

sir my weight is 50.1 kg or mujhe abs banana hai age 19 hai gym join kiya hai but personal trainner nhi hai or mujhe samjh nhi aa raha me diet and pre and post meal kya khau mera college hota hai 8 to 2pm and me 6 pm jati hu gym or 2nd day chal raha kuch samjh nhi aa raha please help 😣
