Having cooked in so many homes, it would be great to get your thoughts on an ideal kitchen layout as well as your opinion on the various brands/models of fridges, ovens, etc. Your "dream kitchen" with space and money as no object would be very interesting to hear about.

I love oats (overnight or fresh) with an acidic, tangy yogurt. Great combination, especially with fresh or dried fruit, ginger, cinnamon, a bit of honey.

Thank you for all your amazing content. It's quite inspiring for someone like me, at my age. Been cooking since 1994, various menus, diverse cuisines, few Sous positions, as well as kitchen management. Although, I never went to culinary school, nor have I an special accolades to speak of, to me. So, as much as I would " think" I'd love to emulate you, I am honest with myself to know . That a/ I don't have the proper resume to promote myself and 2/ I really just don't have the true personality that comes with said responsibilities. Again, I do much appreciate the content, as well as your calming demeanor! Cheers

fun fact-overnight oats were invented by Dr. Bircher at a Zürich private hospital in the early 1900's as a way of healing arthritis. We include berries, apples, nuts as well. Here it's called Birchermüesli. I don't bother with the overnight aspect-I just add the oats or whatever grain and yoghurt. I really enjoy watching your videos!

Do you make an extra portion of each meal for yourself, or do you cook seperately for yourself? When you live in, does it get awkward sometimes when you're hanging out in a common space and the family comes there too? Like, do privacy issues crop up? Great content! Lovely food! I like your narration.
