Biggest advice anyone can give you: Once you have a scanner, Scan Everything! Almost everything can be scanned at least once. If it's something that gives you a blueprint, the next time you scan that thing *that's* when you get the titanium.

there are two types of subnautica players ones who listen to the pda and read the survival guide or at leas take an inventory of their situation and see what the are working with, and then there are those who just jump in the water and pick up a whole inventory full of acid mushrooms. i belive you are going to do fine. it tells you in the right corner with a lil scanner icon when you can scan an item and I suggest scan everything unless it hurts. scanning helps you add blueprints to your corrupted database. and I suggest explore the shallows first until you get comfortable swimming under the water. peepers are not the best fish to eat although they are #2 the best fish to eat are called reginalds they look like a pinkish floating arrowhead. enjoy this game sucks you in and it is beautiful

Nice to see you play this, it's one of my favorite games. :) Would be fun to see full playthrough and Below Zero too. :) Few little tips: start building a base as soon as possible. While you can craft small floating containers you will need more storage space soon and you can craft bigger containers in bases. Don't recommend building it in shallowest areas though. Another tip is that at some point you will need stalker teeth for crafting, you can find those from seabed near stalkers that are playing with pieces of junk titanium.

@@NotAGamerGaming Yeah, they do attack but don't really do that much damage. You can hit them with a knife, most of the time they just naff off for a while after getting hit. You can also kill them if they pester you too much.

I had a lot of fun playing this game side by side with a friend. We would play some each day and talk about how far we went or what we found. He would screen share himself playing a lot. We also got stuck in the same exact point of the game lol. It was fun watching him try to brute force his way through the game, while I tried to follow the rules and take my time. He died a few times and got attacked by the giant fish, while I did not LOL! I even scanned some of the largest animals without getting hurt.

the SEAGLIDE is good, but the SEA MOTH is better so find the 3 parts for it as soon as you can it is also upgradable too. the other thing you will need is the PRAWNSUIT though it can wait a bit. you will also need the MOONPOOL after you get the SEA MOTH so you can dock the SEA MOTH/PRAWNSUIT so you don't have to exit them then enter the base. you should think about making 2 MOONPOOLs one for the SEA MOTH and on for the PRAWNSUIT.

Cool video! Here is some tips: You can get alot of titanium in kelp forest out of those metal scraps that the monsters chew on. you can find alot of scannables in the biome with red grass thats not that far away from your lifepod! Btw those big monsters in that red grass biome are friendly! But not those who act like bulldogs
