@That_Handle2 жыл бұрын
Oh this is a bit concerning since I'm scanning for a ~2000 through 2010 Ranger. What parts or production years should I be concerned with avoiding or gravitate towards acquiring? Is it mainly plastic and rubberized trim pieces that might be helped or refreshed with a rubber or plastic rejuvenator or are we talkin more crucial items that are becoming scarce? Namely, I'm seeking a surface rust example, at worst, with a corresponding body condition but do an engine swap into an example that's four-wheel drive. Wonder if there are plenty of outfits that know how to do a proper rebuild if not maybe an upgrade if the one is available for the transmission internals. The company I've found when researching swap kits includes that transmission adaptor plate, engine mounts and adapting accessory brackets but it won't be worth the effort at following through the spreadsheet if crucial parts are can't be found....Any aftermarket availability or New Old Stock scarcity having to do with the braking system including the ABS, four-wheel drive, AC, power steering and transmission?
