So here are all the facts about the #StradScam as we know it: 1. James repeatedly on video stated he was Supercar Mafia and Supercar Mafia was him and he owned and bought the McLaren. It seems that this is in fact not true and there is at least one partner name Lary Nicolds who by all accounts seems to be a convicted criminal found guilty of lottery fraud. Lary commenting under the name Supercar Mafia seems to have confirmed he's a partner with James, and James has not refuted this in comments or on video. 2. Terry who clearly seems to have not known James or about this competition has clearly violated the rules of this raffle and should have been disqualified for many reasons. She's either a fake winner or she had an underage child enter using her name. She has also violated the rules about picking the car up in Utah and being filmed. 3: James seemed to be able to go on a nice expensive spending spree once he started this raffle, that can't be ignored and despite knowing people want to know what is going on, he tries to act like nothing is happening.

Rules said that the winner has to come in person to pick up the price (that didnt happen) and the lady on the phone had no clue who he was. You could say that she was the mother of a kid winning... but the rules have been broken and why did he return the car the McLaren? Why is the car now for sale and Makes and Modles? I say the owner of the webside didnt sold enoth shirts (thats what the clicks say) and the car had to be returned, so he let strad (he didnt draw a number... he just called) call his own mother. After returning the car to McLaren they moved it to Makes and Modles again, because of the modifications. The plan was perfect... make a raffle for a 200000$ car that the winner cant get, because of the taxes he would've to pay. The winner is then forced to take the 75000$ and what ever is left are pure winnings for the guy who made the raffle by selling cheep shirts from Thailand/China vor 25$ per shirt. By making 20$ per shirt they would've to sell about 4000 shirts to hit the 75000$... based on the fact that strad gets like 300000 clicks per video that seems easy to reach and the rest would've been profit that may would've been enoth to even keep the car. Srsly... just pick someone that has dept and cant take another loan... chances that he can get the taxmoney for the car would've been impossible. But since they maybe didnt reach the 200000$ it might've been not save enoth to do it this way, so the scamer just gave james the number of his mother and now the car is for sale. If nobody gets a lawer... no investigation? But who invests in a lawer to restart a raffle without a price, because the price, because the car (if i'm right) isnt even theirs to give away? Maybe the new winner would get one of strads cars, but the chances that the person who invests 1000$ for a lawer would win are just low.. so nobody will press charges.

The Stradman has now been absent from KZbin for a week. He obviously knows he has to come out and tell all of us what happened and why. I'm sure James is a smart guy, but he is young, and a giveaway and promise of additional subscribers might have hooked him into this idea of a giveaway. I doubt he knew that this was a scam from the start. He certainly knows something now, and must come back to KZbin and explain for damage control purposes. He's probably really embarrassed.

I think so.. i'm like 99% sure that the scam guy asked him to "partner up" like he does with websides like honey. In the end the that guy took the money he got from the sales of the shirts and walked, while james and to return the car to McLaren. Since the car has been moddes so much it is now for sale at Makes and Models www.makesmodels.com/sales/ I mean he called a lady that doesnt know who he is, people say "oh, its a mother...", while it seems obvious that the "take the car OR the 75 000$" was made so the scamer can take someone that doesnt have the money for the sales tax and is forced to take the 75k, but since they didnt sell enoth it seems that he just gave strad the number of his mother and then the price never had to be given out. And i dont know about the legal system... but i dont think that someone would lawer up to restart the raffle. People just say "ok, i just got a shit shirt for 25$... thats it", because spending 2k on a lawer to sue just to then have a low chance to win the raffle (i think strad would then have to pay for the price) seems way 2 risky.

While I like some of yours’ idea about the black rims with the gold calipers, would be nice but, aren’t there enough black rims out there. Almost getting played-out. Not there yet but, getting close. I still say go for the gold... rims that is. It’s still not a subtle car, why go for subtlety. I’ve seen Lambos with black rims, not with gold. And the Aventador is a car that can pull it off.

James' lack of enthusiasm in the last video really shows there was something going on, when he first got the car, and showed so much excitement about giving it away to a subscriber, and then there was basically no Grand Finale... It shows there was more going on, that he wasnt happy about, it seems as if he was just ready for this to be over, I feel like james got caught up in something, and realized it too late to turn back... He would have used the ending of this contest for several videos, if it were legit.. like i said, its like he just wanted to get it over as soon as possible.. I hope we get an explanation..and i hope it doesnt turn away his core audience.. if the issue isnt addressed in the next few videos, ill probably unsubsribe, and i see a lot of others doing the same, because i believe most of us come here for the optimism, and genuine character, along with the cars... and there are plenty of other car channels...
