Way to go making it this far! Most people will never know what actually goes into writing a book, especially as a self-published indie author! In my last book, I went through this process 3 different times to make the same aesthetic adjustments you're talking about. The page numbers, font size, spacing between the lines, the spine being slightly off... Now that I'm about to self-publish my 3rd book, I've actually learned to love the layout design process because it's actually so important for the reader experience. Now I'll look at books at the bookstore and won't even buy them if the type font is too small because I know I'll never read it. And I never want my readers to feel that way. Keep at it girl!

I reworked the cover with my artist and we put my name on the spine! Def like the next draft even more.
