not for my school, tumbling skills such as flips help but it is not required & you can make varsity with no tumbling, stunting isnt even apart of my schools cheer score sheet (i made the cheer team with a cartwheel & idk how to stunt)

Last year we didnt have a jv it was just varsity. Around school we had to wear our leggings under our uniform. In 8th period the was cheer class so we would Be in the process of changing into whatever basically.
