Every single bike i had was honda but after seeing the kx450f i just had to buy it, the bike is a monster and who could pass up on the changeable maps and launch control?

No, he said if you do that all it does is make the inital stroke harsher but then it still blows through. It has to do with valving, not air

Does the TTX keep it as a PSF or convert it to a regular spring? Ohlins makes some great stuff. One of the best PSF mods is MX-Tech's. Theirs converts the PSF to a steel spring SFF fork. Air springs have their issues (look at their spring rate curve!). The best damping solution is just about ready, the NOST N10Z (Intense) valves. They replace the base valve with new cone valve technology. No more shims that have their limitations. Damping properties that no shim/piston setup can ever do.

This is what every mag does for every new bike review (for big brands). Same with cars (every year Porsche fixes the 911's over-steering problem). They always fixed the problem and it is perfect, until the next model year review and then they say the same things. It's about selling bikes. But a stock bike will never be perfect. The suspension can only be set for one rider skill, weight, style and terrain. Some person may want more bottom end power while another more top end. Etc.

I love the reviews..but instead of knocking on the 09-12 CRF450r...I wish they would stop talking bad about what very few ppl have A problem with..the issue isn't as prominent if you corner with the rear..I bought A 2011 CRF450r because of the handling.I'm not saying it isn't an issue.But at least give both sides.

I`ve got an 2013 they shit on any other 450 model... but how can they advertise a 2014 when its the same as the 2013...it will not sell

personally through the last coupl eof years i thin kthe 12 down to about 09 were the same bike really but this years looks ugly i don't like the look
