I also know what you mean about waking up feeling feverish. That halpened to me yesterday. I didnt feel the best, but then realized its because I slept so bad the night before. I wasnt sick. I'm so happy for you, not only bc you finally went to Paris, but mostly because you couldn't have picked a better moment to visit Paris for the first time 😀 As a Parisian I can tell you: Paris has never been so beautiful 😍❤️ And you'll never be able to see it like that again, because the touristic sites aren't crowded, nor the streets (apart from when there's a big event) and whether it's raining ☔ or hot, it's beautiful nonetheless 😍 The big balloon/cauldron of the flame 🔥 (well an artificial flame for security reasons of course) that takes off at sunset every evening. The Eiffel Tower with the Olympic rings is beautiful and the Mayor said she'd love for them to remain on the Eiffel Tower 🤞🏻 And most of all you got to experience a very unusual Parisian trait 😁: a global feeling of euphoria and optimism. We've just had a magical 1st week from the moment the opening ceremony started, no complaining and such unity ☮️🕊️❤️ And it's on all the territory, not only Paris, it's wonderful! We all know that feeling of bliss, unity, pride and love will end as soon as the games will close, so we're making the best of everyday and soaking in the wonderful national positive atmosphere. So happy for you 😊🤗
