I think you’re didn’t understand the purpose of the strap extender because it’s actually meant to be made much shorter, like a shoulder bag! Thank you for the reviews!

Amie, it seems you haven’t noticed that the leather strap is designed to be shortened to become a midi/short strap (similar to the length of the metal chain) see the poppers at the end near the hooks are designed to fix it into the short position. That adjustability you showed is not really the adjustment intended . I have the new favourite and the strap is the same.

I think raffia is pretty sturdy. Just like raffia hats you can steam it and mold it back to it’s original shape without damaging it.

I used to have the same issue with the zipper, too. When the SA at the store told me about put on some wax, I’m like “heh 😒”. But still bought it since I liked it so much. However, I have tried several ways to see if it can get any better. And yes, I found out that if you super gently open it, it will easily open. Or, you can try open and close it continuously 10 times, it will be smoother too. Hope this help!

Oooh I agree with the zippers on the LV MPA! I fell in love with this bag as soon as it launched but never had the time to go have a look at it in store. Finally got to see one yesterday but I was actually disappointed in the zippers! I expected them to open and close buttery smooth without effort but they were actually quite grippy and stiff!

Hi, great video! I have the same louis vuitton bag. What you show as shorter length is actually the longer length. The shorter length is the same as the chain strap. Also my zippers are very smooth.

I just got the multi pochette as a birthday present and absolutely love the quality of it! The only thing I would change is the long strap, the rest of the bag is so well thought out, the strap feels kinda basic. I would have preferred the guitar strap type. Otherwise, it’s an awesome bag, a lot of bang for your buck!

Look into buying a bag hook. They’re extremely inexpensive and will keep your bag close and clean while hanging on the table and off the floor or ground.

You can adjust the leather strap to shoulder bag length by pulling the buckle and clap them to the button at the each end of the strap.

I've seen that particular Chloè bag in Selfridges..it's not actually raffia. The SA told me it's made out of paper so won't go very well with water. I think the woody cotton canvas is a better option.

I just bought another Key Cle from LV and the zipper is extremely rough. I used wax paper and rubbed along the zipper while open and closed. After that it runs smooth like butter! Give that a try.

Loved this longer chatty bag video!! As a lover of cream and white bags, just a quick tip - be careful where you put your face mask in your bag if you wear foundation 😊They can get pretty dirty, and that can transfer to the bag.

Oh I wanted to add that I had the exact experience with the zippers on that LV bag and the double zip when I tried them on in store. I was so confused because everyone always says how great LV zippers are, but I've had smoother zippers on $40 bags. In the end, I couldn't justifying buying any bag that day.

You can buy like another set of chains or strap for the Multi-Pochette Empriente. like a longer gold chain for crossbody would look great. i think you can try to put a series like that? add other accessories or twillys

I returned the multi pochette because I didn’t like the strap. I don’t think it’s supposed to be used on the “longest setting” that you showed. I think it’s always supposed to be snapped-so either as a shoulder bag or one crossbody length.

Another great video 😊. I have bought the same cream leather MPA and could not agree more. Great versatile bag for summer vacation but the leather bit on the shoulder feels very uncomfortable when the shoulder is not covered with clothes. My zipper is very soft though. I have tried more or less soft zippers in the store. I don’t get it - how can the quality in Louis Vuitton vary so much from individual piece to piece…

1. No - but it's not a scratchy raffia. More of a softer one. 2. Not so far. The leather patch on the bottom seems to help protect against this. Haven't carried overly heavy items but I didn't notice any sagging when I did use it :)

I've not carried ridiculously heavy loads but the straps go all the way down the bag, right through to the base so no chance of them pulling :) They're kind of 'at one' with the bag if that makes any sense?!

This was really enjoyable. Your white Chanel bag is gorgeous. I have been stalking a Jumbo on the preloved market. Whilst doing so I have noticed something really interesting. On social media the Jumbo seems to be out of favour and everyone is buying the Medium. But in the real world Jumbos are only trickling in to preloved sites and people are offloading Medium Flaps by the truckload. They are everywhere. As a big fan of the Jumbo I thought you might find that interesting. I did wonder if people are buying the Medium then discovering that they aren’t that practical and getting rid of them. I am well aware that the lack of capacity is a show stopper for me.

That is SO interesting! I think you're probably exactly right - people generally think it's larger than it is. Even the size name is a little deceptive because it does not have the capacity of a medium sized bag! I'm always surprised when people tell me the jumbo isn't that popular - I feel like if you're a fan, then you can't imagine a better size haha!
