Hey Patrik it's good to hear your thoughts on this machine. The Meticulous is definitely super exciting and we've had a lot of fun testing and reviewing it. The integrated scales really streamlines the workflow, especially the ability to stop by weight.

It's a really smart function. It makes so much sense. It just have to be a good scale, and it's always a bit of a challenge. But Modbar and La Marzocco also struggles with that. And that's much more expensive.

LOOOVE THIS From what I know and have seen, you will for sure be able to use the phone and the app will even let you watch the flow via camera with an overlay of the graphs. :D

That's just what I wanted to see, you standing in front of a table with three coffee cups talking about the Meticulous Espresso machine.

I’m so excited to receive mine. Pairing with an X54 for home espresso.

We did ask ourselves, what the best grinder might be. It's clear that what we use isn't the best option. But the X54 should be a solid combination.

Can't wait for your review next year hopefully! Where's the pink cup from in the video please?

Thank you for watching. This is a custom made cup that Patrik Rolf used when he competed in the World Brewers Cup in Brazil. It's designed by Tim Wendelboe for Figgjo.

Looks like a cool machine. The main question is - can they fulfil the Kickstarter campaign and deliver 3000 machines by December 2023?
@coffeewithapril Жыл бұрын
Thank you for watching. That time will tell. It's most likely worth the wait regardless.

Exactly, who cares if it takes a few months longer. At least we’ll be first 🥳

We are working on it. It's not a priority at the moment as we still don't find it to taste very good. But we are continuing to do trials.

Urban legend, but…NASA spent $millions on a pen that could write upside down in zero gravity. The Russians use a pencil. I feel the same way about the Meticulous. An expensive, fiddly solution to a problem that doesn’t exist. I’ll take my La Pavoni every day of the week and actually enjoy the actual craft of actually pulling a good shot, plus I don’t need to survey a course at MIT to make that happen.
@Covenant-R Жыл бұрын
For not caring for it, you sure put in effort to commenting on something that doesn't matter. I'm sure the internet is really impressed...

thats you, i would enjoy the fact that the machine uses the perfect amount of force everytime for me, so i dont have to worry. Same counts for latte art milk, i bought the Dreo Barista Maker foamer and its amazing, makes the perfect latte art everytime for under 100 Euros. No hussle with milk steaming, cleaning, descaling etc. Some people like to make it hard for themselfes, some like progress
