There’s engineering, surveying, heavy machinery operations, excavating, tamping equipment operators, pile-drivers, etc. that usually need certifications and/or lengthy training. The unions would never allow them to be trained, do union work and do what the guys that make $45/hr do. The only job these guys could do in construction is lay cones and clean up. They wouldn’t be worth the risk to even do that. I agree with harvesting their organs though

I’ve been to prison five different times, each, and every time I attended, you could get a standard tattoo, for a percentage, of the regular cost outside of being incarcerated Anywhere you go is typically 5% of the normal cost outside of the prison.

As someone who worked as a counter-terrorism intelligence analyst over a decade ago, the images I saw of crimes against children, women, innocent bystanders, etc. by cartels members was so haunting that I couldn’t sleep for days. These monsters need to be locked up and should use that time to read the Bible. Even they, too, can be saved if they whole-heartedly repent, turn away from their sins, and surrender their life to Jesus. My cousin im El Salvador was almost murdered by gang members for going to a school in their district. They mistook it as him being a rival gang or some stupid shtt. They kidnapped him, beat him, burned him, tortured him..miraculously, he survived but he's forever scarred. Both physically, and mentally.. he never really was the same after the incident.

It costs us less money to show empathy to our fellow human beings & the majority do change when they can find stable work, get a degree, work through childhood trauma etc while being locked up. Gangs are also made out on the streets. Start by many things...mostly hatred for not having and it and not being able to do the things most people do.
