such an inspiration her album ready or not was my first ever purchase on the iTunes store to my iPod and now as i have progressed through life I look up to her so fondly and she hold a special place for me as someone who did a year and a half in computer science then realized my passion is really in the law and i am now in the legal program but still have that computer science love and passion and seeing her be able to mesh those fields together in her own unique way is genuinely what I find so inspirational

I work for a startup whose mission is to address the satellite communication issue by putting the entire system in space. I'm not sure if smarter, stronger dishes will become a direct competitor or ally to our system, but I did not expect Bridgit "here comes the sun, here comes the rain" Mendler to wield the axe. As a filmmaker who recently pivoted to aerospace similarly for purpose (and stability), seeing this was incredibly inspiring. Now, I'm sure of what can be done 🙂👌🏾

Bridgit's story is more, not less, fascinating precisely because she started as not at all a technical person, and yet she became interested in the stuff which most people find rather nerdy. I’m so incredibly proud of her and so happy that she wasn’t a child star that went downhill. Even though we know how the business is for kids and that’s why they spiral later, I’m glad that didn’t happen to Bridget. I mean she is a private person for the most part so we really don’t know what she went through as a child actress, but she’s a mom now, and had the acting and music career and now she’s a space scientist literally lol. Like that is so freaking cool and I ain’t ever seen a child star do something this extraordinary later in their life! I’m proud of Bridget and so grateful that I grew up watching GLC. I’m actually rewatching it currently, and I’ve been watching it with my mom. My mom has actually been liking every show I’ve been putting on. I was like “mama I used to watch this all the time don’t you remember?” I hope to see more of Bridget to be honest. I have no idea what she’s talking about in this video for the most part, but I would watch a space type of documentary show like this if Bridget and her team were the main focus.
