From the height I would say go pro or action cam on the head? Thinking of getting some rayban meta’s to make some videos like these. I think that could be cool although I’m a bit worried I’ll send the glasses flying on release 😂

Recently i watched some korean archers practice really close to target about 5-6m. Not sure about the main purpose of that drill. Hope you can explain in the next video! Cheers

Usually to train a specific aspect of the shooting process or to try correct a mistake in the process. You are not really interested on where the arrows are going you are just interested in shooting as many arrows as possible while focusing on that specific aspect you are trying to learn/correct. By doing it over and over and over again you ideally build enough muscle memory that when you actually do shoot at longer competitive distances, you have assimilated that part of the process. too fast to be accurate maybe to strong for long draw... but the result's not extra...
