Thanks! I've since painted a couple other bodies and now I know that those hardware store special plastic paints are nowhere near as durable - adherence quality, as the Tamiya paints I used on this which has hardly flaked off!

It's a 2WD but I believe it will work on the 4WD too. It should work on the 4WD version and will need some body trimming to fit as well.

I have a 2wd but I just got this 6811x prographix body so I’m glad to see it will fit the body posts on the 2wd. It says 4x4 slash on the Traxxas tag but I’ve seen so many people using it on their 2wd slash so I decided to give it a shot. Picking up paint later on this afternoon.

@@johnvrabel4161 The body fits 2WD and 4WD exactly. You can even go with the new clipless style but of course you have to buy the parts for the chassis and body.

The clipless mounting came on my new BL-2s slash. It adds over 10oz of weight and makes it top heavy creating roll. The body posts on the 2WD and 4WD are not the same.

@@johnvrabel4161 I really like this clipless design on BL-2S and never considered there was much of a weight enough to affect it. I also really like the beefed up parts but not the electronics so much. In fact, I just updated those on mine and will see how it handles.
