Yes, and saying Alonso didn't make it a fair game, when those same antics literaly cost him the title. If he didn't block Hamilton in the pits he would have won that title.

@@miroslavtomic7343 Hamilton failed the honor agreement that Alonso respected previously all the times. And in for that, his own team, Ron Denis, report to the FIA to punish Alonso with 5 positions!! Ron Denis stole the title to Alonso. And many more times after that race. Even in the video is cut the part when Ron Denis grab by the arm to Alonso's physiotherapist, like Alonso were a rival. Alonso is the legit winner of that WDC, just his own team stole it to him.

2007 was a big failure from mclaren in terms of man management. Both lewis and fernando have said since, that the main reason for all the drama that season was because they werent managed properly by the team, and that led to avoidable conflicts also, in hungary, the only reason alonso blocked lewis was because lewis ignored team orders in qualifying, and didnt respect the order that he and alonso were supposed to go out on track

This video was definitely bias for Lewis and mclaren and against Alonso, the team was favoring the British driver over Alonso many times and Lewis too did inappropriate calls which the video brushes over, regardless I wish u could react to a video of Lewis vs Alonso racing moments, they would be really entertaining

Its also worth noting that while alonso was already a world champion, and lewis was a rookie, the age gap wasnt that big. Lewis was 23, and alonso was 26 at the start of the season Meaning neither were on top in the maturity front, which just means that mclaren should have put even more focus on man management, knowing they will have 2 ultra talented, ultra competitive, and still quite young hot headed drivers

The 2007 McLaren season was full of complexity not only between Alonso and Hamilton, but the team with the Spygate, and how the team managed all the situation. At the end, many just remember the Hungary qualifying, but there was a lot of problems internally, and the fact they arrived to that situation in that Hungary GP wasn't something out of the blue or only because "Lewis was beating Fernando" like some people will say, but because all the parts involved in the team made it possible.

The one thing that most people and also this clip like to forget is that McLaren in the beginning of 2007 stated that the only reason they would "take a chance in a rookie" (Hamilton) was that they'd have a guaranteed shot at a championship with Alonso. For the first half of the season, they played that card well (i.e. telling Hamilton not to pass Alonso at Monaco). Until Hamilton won at Montreal. All of a sudden Ron Dennis (McLaren CEO at the time) got greedy and wanted his poster boy to win the championship. I find it hard to blame Alonso for getting bitter. He was their designated championship contender until they decided to shift focus to Hamilton mid season. The only one to blame for this rivlary is Ron Dennis!

Your theory was proven false. Alonso claimed the McLaren team was "favouring" Hamilton, but that was false. The fact is Hamilton was finally getting equal treatment after earning it. To Alonso he was no longer getting no.1 treatment which in his eyes was a downgrade.

What a way to manipulate... in Hungary Hamilton broke the agreement for an extra fast lap, which they took turns, then Alonso entered that lap, playing pole position with Hamilton and the team put used tires on him, that's why he stands still wondering why? ... The whole team was in favor of Hamilton because he was English jjjaaajj they got angry when Alonso was ahead, the improvements went first to Lewis and even so Alonso did not compete against his own team and failed to beat him, they lost the World Cup with Ferrari for belittling Alonso.

Fernando knows Lewis is more talented and more decorated as a champion. Fernando is jealous that Lewis made the correct move to Mercedes (a ride Fernando turned down) and Fernando knows that only him and his insanly bad career choices and his inability to not cause chaos within the team is the reason he's only a two time champion.
