@@marylandstationmusic9422 Fix the band name in your Title. You're missing out on views. Your video doesn't show up in the Unleash The Archers/(reaction) search results. It shows when adding the name of the song though. It should help. I recommend Cleanse The Bloodlines as the next song from Unleash The Archers. It's a bit slower, a bit heavier, a bit more dramatic, and it has some interesting double kick patterns. No solo, but it has a nice bridge, a quick interlude, then proper drop back into the chorus. It's also chapter 4 of 20 in a fantasy sci-fi story told over 2 albums (10 songs per album). Awakening is chapter 1.

I'm not a huge power metal fan, but Unleash the Archers are special. The Wind That Shapes the Land is one of the best metal songs of the century. Funny you should mention "Tekken" because Japanese video game composers have been hugely inspired by 80s metal and power metal. The dude who makes the Guilty Gear fighting game series also composes music and his soundtracks are all like this.

Also, I promise that these guys are passionate about their music. Their energy live is so incredible and they really bring it every single night. They are currently doing a short US tour and one of their guitarists, Grant who also does the harsh vocals, streams their shows on twitch between two different accounts (either granttruesdelluta or Unleash The Archers on twitch). It would be awesome to see some new people in the chat each night.

IMMORTAL IS MORE THAN A NAME! AWAKENING To look up into the night's sky, to see the stars they are changed To know a thousand years or more have passed, and I am the same This mountain hollow that keeps me in a suffocating embrace A prison and a safe haven, it's always been this way Lo, a new master calls me to awakening, I know this one brings the end Far out beyond the darkness I've been living in it's true, a whole new world awaits Stellar constellations rise, lighting my way in the night Once again revitalized, to roam; to never die My path begins with the new dawn; a voice is calling my name It always starts as whispering then manifests to a scream I'm drawn to the creature that wakes me, bound to them by the curse My soul exists only to serve, a covenant of birth Fear not the task ahead there's no escaping it, there's no good nor evil here Stellar constellations rise, lighting my way in the night Once again revitalized, to roam; to never die Come to me, awakening Follow my voice, come to me Fear not the task ahead there's no escaping it, there's no good nor evil here Stellar constellations rise, lighting my way in the night Once again revitalized, to roam; to never Lighting my way in the night To roam; to never die

Hello, boys! Glad y'all are loving some Unleash the Archers! To clarify, the movie you were thinking of was a Greek mythology movie -- something like Jason and the Argonauts, Immortals, or the movie that had Perseus fighting Medusa (I believe that one had Sam Smith play Perseus). That being said, I've never heard Awakening referred to as an anime theme song before -- but it fits, given Awakening is the first song on the Apex and Abyss albums that tell an entire story from beginning to end. Awakening is basically Chapter 1. Now, if you want to hear some music that could be battle music, check out Ten Thousand Against One, The Matriarch, The Coward's Way, Soulbound, and The Wind That Shapes The Land (which sounds like the final fight between Neo and Smith in The Matrix movies). A couple of other songs I listen to that I highly recommend for battle music: 1) Iron, Within Temptation 2) Together We Rise, Wind Rose 3) Cover: Warriors of the World Unite, Feuerschwanz (Original by ManowaR)

They're from Canada so of course they're chill. Watch a live performance on stage and you'll see a different beast. BTW. since you're Brits you'll appreciate this. Brittney played Rugby all through high school and university, so when it comes to riding a charger into battle, while waving a sword, you'll be following Brittney. She is a classically trained singer and that opening belt was a typical power metal wail, but with real power.

It's called vocalization Britney uses multiple vocal layers on top of the main vocal line she calls it her "choir of Britney's" very well used and as someone who has seen them live (actually just about a week ago) she doesn't need the layers they are just extra badassery to really make the album version slap. The really cool thing about the album this song is off of (and the album they released next as well) it's a story. The immortal is the main character and who Britney is portraying as vocalist, this is the first song off the album Apex and this song details the immortal being awakened from his slumber in a mountain by the villain The Matriarch. The immortal is tied to some divine covenant that whoever wakes him controls him and he must do their bidding. For the album Apex the matriarch tasks the immortal with finding her sons and bringing them to her so she can perform a blood ritual to become immortal herself (though without the servitude). The second album is a continuation of the first albums story where the immortal is now tasked with defeating the Matriarch

If you haven't explored much of this genre, you really should go back to the granddaddy of them all and check out Ronnie James Dio. Specifically, I think you'd enjoy 'Stargazer', done with the group Rainbow. It's from the 70s, so it's not as hard as this, but yeah. Also, not judging by any means, but that leather jacket would look a LOT better without the barcode sticker. ;)

Haha! Love you guys! Britney Slayes is a classically trained singer so the belt at the start is defo real. And, spot-on re influences; her hero is Bruce Dickinson, the singer of Iron Maiden. I see lots of great suggestions for more like this in the comments but I'd add my weight to Cleanse the Bloodlines - about a sorceress who must kill her 3 sons to gain immortality - and, if you want more of that epic feel; Afterlife. Want any suggestions for Megadeth? I reckon you might like the instrumental Into the Lungs of Hell. Another epic one! Also, Peace Sells - about the hypocrisy of power and war, and Holy Wars - about imperialism and the Middle East. Enjoy, and peace!

Nah...every reaction channel doesn't need to hear them because all it takes is for one reactor to say they dknt like it or Floor's voice and they get bullied into submitting. Literally I saw it happen on like 5 channels until they said they liked the song by them. Nightwish fans are too ruthless when their opinion is not shared.
@jonathanhenderson9422
@jonathanhenderson9422 2 жыл бұрын
@@redfielduniverse Lost in Vegas didn't love Ghost Love Score (I don't think they loved the Jinjer either) but they're still one of the biggest reaction channels on KZbin. If you're going to be a reaction channel giving honest opinions you better grow thick skin and realize that many hardcore fans will not take kindly to you not liking their favorites. Those fans are just a small part of your potential audience, though, and if they only care about that band they probably won't hang around much anyway.
@redfielduniverse
@redfielduniverse 2 жыл бұрын
@@jonathanhenderson9422 no but the difference is some are ruthless. Having tough skin isnt enough. Some people get bullied on their social media or find family and bully them. That's not having tough skin, that's the viewer's being bullies and not accepting that people have different opinions. I can bet you if a really big reactor said that they didn't like Floor's voice, disliked Nightwish's sound, and ultimately hated their style of writing, that channel would be in the deep end on the abyss. Like Millie for example, she reacted to Nightwish and added to the community and when she stopped doing reactions, Nightwish fans began to bully and accuse her of being fake. It's not tough skin, it's the viewers thinking they are superior and are somehow defending Nightwish when they are pushing others away from potentially getting into it when someone dislikes a song. The reactor not reacting to the song isn't going to harm them, its listening to the song, not liking it and risk a chunk of fans leaving because they can't accept their opinion. But sure, he can listen Nightwish, he may like it. But if he gets into Nightwish, I hope to see some Epica reactions and not Sancta Terra or Stabat Mater Dolorosa
@jonathanhenderson9422
@jonathanhenderson9422 2 жыл бұрын
@@redfielduniverse You can block people from social media, and I can almost guarantee that it's a small minority of fans who'd do stuff like this. Plus, many artists/bands have toxic fanbases like this. You either have to deal with it, not be honest in your reactions, or just not have a reaction channel at all. Those are your three options. You can't just avoid every band/artist that might have some toxic fans who will try to "bully" you if you don't like them.
