Renegade here,I found ren from hi ren, in the worst part of my life I was on a path of self destruction, after hearing the song hi ren I drove 12 hours to my youngest daughters house and slept for days while finding my path to hope and cleaning my life up.. without ren I’d still be lost or worse.. I support anyone who supports him just because he saved me he has no idea a year ago the change he made in my life I’ve never looked back… I’m a renegade for life…. ❤❤❤

THE BIG PUSH! 🥁🎸🎤🎵 REN (Welsh) - vocals, acoustic, electric, bass mostly Romain Axisa (French) - vocals, acoustic, electric, bass mostly Gorran Kendall (English) - vocals, acoustic, electtic, bass mostly Glenn Chambers (Irish) - drums mostly The Big Push formed in 2017. Initially being Ren, Romain and Gorran with Glenn joining later to play drums. Gorran and Romain met busking, Romain and Ren then met through Facebook while Ren was trying to find a flat mate. They would all busk together and Glenn would sit in as drummer while also playing bass with another friend Rafa. They then decided to become a band and would take to the streets of Brighton and also created masterpieces of their own. Gorran Kendal (bass playing Jesus) has been live streaming his busking in Malaga recently, playing loads of classic rock in the sunshine. The Big Push took turns with instruments & lead vocals & they're all amazingly skilled. You never know what to expect with Ren, except that it's going to be amazing. Enjoy the ride!

Excellent reaction! Enjoyed seeing your looks of surprise with every "turn" of the song. Other commenters have probably mentioned it already, but they do the same thing with I Shot the Sheriff/Road to Zion/Hip-Hop (the version with Ren wearing red suspenders--same busking session as this one). It's got the same intense energy as the War Pigs mashup coupled with the band's talent + Ren's great ability to entertain a crowd. Actually you can't go wrong with any of their videos. Their latest, Heart Attack, is also 🌋--an original from their busking archives.

My question is, WHY were we not there!!! 😩😅 The “massage” Ren was talking about is the equally impressive reggae mash-up they had just finished. I suggest you check that out, along with Sick Boi, which reveals more of Ren’s back story. You are right about the band members. They are all talented and have very different styles in their solo work, but make incredible magic together! Gorran Kendall is “Jesus on bass” as you termed it 😂 The phenomenal guitarist is a French angel named Romain Axis. Glen is the Irishman on drums. Thanks for a great reaction. The more you dive into Ren songs, the more surprises you will face. All the guys of The Big Push are great musicians as well. And they have their own rabbit holes to fall into (except for the drummer I think). Romain Axisa is the other guitarist (he is French). Has lot's of great songs/videos as well. The one at the bass is Gorran Kendall, he's English. He is playing guitar as well und is currently busking in Malagá. Glenn Chambers, the drummer, is Irish. Not much to say about this Ren guy, he is Welsh. Nothing to recommend from The Big Push. Everything they do is great.

Ren likes a good mashup😂. You can’t go wrong with any of his music. I’d kinda given up on music, but that changed when I found Ren. New appreciation for so many different types of music now, and it’s fantastic. It also helps that REN’s a truly good human being. Ren fans (Renegades) are here for the ride . We love Ren reaction videos (let’s us relive our first reactions to ren), and we’re a little cult-like, without the Flavor-Aid 😂. Lots of serious music, but lots of fun music too. If you want rapping Ren, look for “The Hunger”or “Genesis” and if you want singing Ren check out his recent release “Fred Again Mashup “ or “Back on 74”. Then there’s his Bard-core performance of “The Tale Of Jenny & Screech” (full 13 minute version). They have a lot of great covers, and some more mashups like this, and also some really great original songs. I believe someone below recommended the I Shot The Sheriff/Road To Zion/Hip Hop mashup. That's a great next one, but also check out their cover of Paint It Black with Gorran Kendall (bass playing Jesus) on lead vocals. For originals, I recommend Sweet Little Lady (the live acoustic version), and Icarus.

I *love* it when a reactor's specific interests cause them to choose a "different" trajectory than the trajectories most frequently taken after Hi Ren. (I adore Sick Boi and Chalk Outlines and Jenny & Screech and there are *very* good reasons those are the most common songs to check out after Hi Ren/the most heavily suggested by Renegades.. but it's SO GREAT to see The Big Push get some early love from a reactor. When it does happen, it's usually - for *very* good reasons - the Sheriff/Zion/Hip Hop video, which I *also* adore... but it's so fun to see someone go from Hi Ren straight to TBP War Pigs!) Ren is such a ridiculously charismatic force of nature on his own that I think sometimes people who've discovered his solo stuff feel apprehensive to check out "the cover band" he so clearly has left behind, I mean, it's probably no good, or the fans would be clamouring for Big Push originals instead of cover titles, right? and also, if it was any good, why did Ren leave, right? Obviously, those other guys must be regular old "people who want to play in a band and know a few chords on the guitar" and Ren got tired of them, right? hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha TBP is *incredible.* They're liquid fire, they're lightning in a bottle, and if there was any justice in this universe, they would have made it BIG. Anyway, I'm super glad you enjoyed this one so much. Beautiful to see it get some early love & excitement from a new-to-Ren reactor, rather than showing up however many months into their Ren journey! You're exactly the "kind" of reactor who's perfect to luck into an early exposure to a Big Push video, because you could enjoy it on more than just the "wow, this Ren guy is good!" level. ... go wherever you want from here, of course! Back to focusing on solo Ren for a while first, or sometimes checking in on a Big Push video here and there, there's no wrong move. It's all phenomenal. Welcome to the Reniverse!
