It aint about the battery dude, its the engine and controller. these mini bikes are actually dialled back ALOT. they can do double the power without any upgrades, just a software flash and fuse etc

BikeStuff I know dude that’s what I meant. Use Tesla technology all around. Batteries,motor, charging and monitor. All that good stuff and then will have a electric dirt bike that can keep up with the BIG 4 stoke, 2 stroke bikes!

@@lunaticrider209 tesla batteries are one of the worst lithium batteries, just compare it to the rest, and no new technology in their motors just copied what has gone before them, same for charging, all tesla would do is make the bike 20x more expensive with exact same specs...

Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki and Yamaha recently announced that they are going to share battery technology, initially this could lead to a common battery type for all which could be a huge advantage... BUT, it will also lead to each one having similar power. KTM could then take advantage by offering an eBike with a little bit bigger pack for the same cost - winner!
