yea they are not cheap but totally worth it! We have been testing all jetboards and efoils on the market during the last 5 years and it's a lot of fun! Great video. Special point for putting that splash sound in the sound design ;)

Been snowboarding/wake boarding for years and live next to a lake. So tired of boat maintenance/payments etc…and everybody wanting to surf at 10MPH. I want one of these so bad! Just need to sell boat😏. Almost same price as a Sea-doo or Jet ski…tons of those out there…so wouldn’t necessarily single out yacht owners/rich to be an owner of one of these electric boards. Definitely must have if you have a boarding background I believe👍🏼

I couldn't believe how cold it was. I was trying to act tough but after a couple hours I seriously couldn't stop shaking until they put me in the wetsuit!

@@Electrek I really enjoyed watching ! I’m sure your example was spot on for any beginner 😆. We have Hood River (Columbia Gorge) out here in the PNW. I’m convinced I’ll get out there someday and learn some wind surfing. Electric boards are starting to make a prominent appearance, so it’s great to see more innovative products on the horizon !

I’m waiting for the prices for these to drop. I just bought an entire electric dirt bike that probably has 3x the battery capacity for under 6k. There is no reason these are so expensive except simply that it’s a high end luxury item that they can tax the hell out of.

Look, these things are cool and all (and have been since the 80s when the first powered surfboards came onto the scene) but WHY DO THESE THINGS COST MORE THAN SOME CARS? I can literally buy a brand spanking new fully complete paramotor kit from a reputable company for like $4000 to $5000 less than their cheapest model jetboard and it will go faster, have a longer fuel range, be easier to fix AND IT CAN FREAKING FLY. Don't get me wrong, I love the idea of a powered surfboard, but for $13,000, $14,000, $15,000? Bruh, absolutely not. If someone brings the price down to under $2k then give me a call.

These are not surfboards. Cool but not surfboards. Surfboard rides the actual surf. Nothing like actually pulling into a wave with your own strength.. these are good if you are a lifeguard 😂

Get prices down to 5-6k and you will sell a lot more 10-14k it ridiculous
