Man I wish it snowed in SC like that! every RC I own would have "Winter Paddle" tires It gets cold enough to DESTROY anything plastic... I get "whiskey throttle" all the time! ok i had to edit... I hate to clean up hahahaha!

@@rcguygarage cant get redcat in the UK,, one of the Uk you tubers (chriswithaC) had one bought over to by a US youtuber and it seemed ok. Here its easy to get support from Corally and i would say that the Spark 6 is one of the best 1/8 buggies full stop.. dont really know why they are hated on so much in the US.. perhaps because simply not a US brand? Who knows.. i have the Sketer and it's an absolute tank and exceptional value.. Anyway, each to their own..

@@gazzap6664 Yeah, and this is what I kind of suspected and knew. On this side of the pond we are definitely lucky to an extent and I just made some big comment to somebody else about how TC does seem good with my limited experience, the first two one being an absolute disaster out of the box and the other one just breaking s*** that shouldn't have in my opinion due to the way it's designed. But I get why TC makes things the way they do And I've referenced comments to that. I think it's supply issues for this side of the pond

@@rcguygarage we get everything else here in the Uk dont really know why Redcat havent tried to stretch across the Uk and EU im sure they would do well. . i think one of the benefits of here is we get a lot of support on cheaper brands such as Rlaarlo which takes away a barrier to buying. For me i have 2 Arrma, 2 Corally, 2 Hobao and 1 Team Associated along with 4 or 5 cheaper cars from Rlaarlo, HBX and WL toys. easy to get parts fpr them all. if i couldnt get parts i woulnt buy, obviously.. hopefully Redcat will expand one day, the Valkyrie looks fun...

I took mine out yesterday to test that cogging issue and I barely hit the ramp with that same front tire and broke that same servo saver arm now when I mentioned it to service they also are sending that piece out with the esc they are warranting crazy to see you broke that too

Ya those break super easy , I put metal ones on my tc cars . I still don’t know what to think of kagama . I put outcast 4s tires on and stiffened up all my diffs . We shall see , lots of snow here right now to drive rc so I wait .

@@Johnwick-ed7vo Yeah, I guess the problem with my mentality is when people talk about bashing an RC I just can't help but think about when I was younger in middle to high school and when you told somebody you were going to bash their face in what that meant. It definitely didn't mean that you were going to lightly tap them. Your intent was to deliver them a trip to the hospital or at least a couple of days off of school for recovery purposes🤣😂🤣😂

Hey Guy! I don’t remember but did you throw a bigger pinion in this to bump up top speed? I hear a lot of chatter about going to 15t for better balance of top speed without losing low end torque? Curious on your opinion? Last q overall if you had to do again would you get it?

@@JmanZ71 very good questions What I had done was left the pinion alone because I knew I was going to go with bigger wheels and tires to soften The landings of this RC because they're calling it a basher and I knew that the tires and wheels that were on it were very rigid. That did work but it also added some heat because I was asking the RC to rotate four different units if you get what I'm talking about. Swapping out to a slightly large opinion is definitely an option if you're leaving the tire. Some wheels stock but honestly enjoying the RC as built OTB. The would I do it again? Part is where it's tough for me and TC as there's no local shop for part support. So anything that I would do would obviously be a few days and seeing where we are and the breakage that happened. I can't run this thing until after the holiday because of shipping. I'm eventually going to go into some thoughts about this, but you need to do a lot of running to see if it's something that you like. I do get YTC did what they did with this. It does seem like a very resilient RC. It is extremely stiff and in a sense a little bit of a fat pig, but I am definitely liking this over the XTR Kronos that I bought that was a complete disaster right out of the box. And that's what pissed me off with TC and how they handled the whole scenario.

@ As usual thank you for your honest and balanced opinion! I love my kagama 6s but have been on the fence on the 4 and the mixed thoughts I have seen out there. Makes sense regarding the larger tires. Part support doesn’t bother me much if I need to wait a bit to get in parts as lord knows I have wayyy too many RC’s to play with in the interim. Thank you so much for responding and for putting quality content out there for us. Love you and your channel brother keep up the excellent work putting good out in this world in the name of RC!
