The clips are to pull out the sides. You stake them down and it helps keep mesh away from you and give you more room. Craig

Been there on the cold back. Thought I had a wool Bivvy bag, turns out it was falsely advertised! Lol Here's a tip. Eat before bed. Or if you wake up cold and have no other way to add to your sleep system...eat. It'll kick up your core a bit. Last resort kinda thing. But I'm guessing you will be ready next time, as I was. Lol Great video my brother. Nice Shug reference! Lol Really enjoyed this. Especially the DJ! Be well my friend

Forestwalker111 Thanks again bud. I do try to eat before bed but it just wasn't enough that night. First time I had tried with nothing under me at all and it will be the last time for sure!

Absolutely hilarious! I had the snowpeak 900 and sold it for the Toaks 1.1! Lol I hated the kid design on the 900 and find the Toaks better. I'm using my infinity for my latte right now. Stop copying me!!!! Lol

Forestwalker111 I really like the Toaks too but I will still use the Snow Peak at times. I hope you didn't find the nanny cam I hid at your place. I may have to start coming up with some original ideas then. :)

That's insane that boiling nor chlorination will make the water safe! I don't know that. Heard messy metals can give you grief but that's easier to guess. Isolated it's unlikely. Wilderness...algae can be anywhere. Wow! Cheers for sharing that. Be well Craig P.s. More comments coming! Lol

Forestwalker111 Yep. You don't mess with the blue green algae around here. People's pets have died from drinking from Lake Winnipeg when it has big toxic algae blooms. P.S. I'm ready for more responses lol. Be well brother.

Great video! The Hennessy seatbelt is actually to hold the bug net wide open. Should be a ring to clip to on the outside of the hammock in the same area. There is a video explaining it on Hennessy hammocks KZbin channel. Cheers!

Mike Prout Thanks bud. I see that now. I think I will still use it as a seatbelt though. ;)

Can you explain the need for hardware in suspension systems? I use whoopee slings and aside from that I don't see how you could need all the dutchware stuff? I use highly rated straps and just pass through the loops. They're strong enough and I've never had issues of any kind. So why the clips??? Educate me please. Craig

Forestwalker111 2 simple reasons as far as I can tell. 1 - you can avoid tying knots. 2 - they are titanium so they make me feel cooler than I actualy am. lol. You absolutely don't need them but they keep me from spending my money on silly thinhs like feeding my kids or paying my mortgage.
