As a bills fan I would prefer to avoid the Bengals but our defence isn’t as awful as they are making it out to be. The recipe to put up the same numbers as the Rams or Lions did is to have a dynamic running game that forces McDermott to change is defensive style. The Bengals run game will not scare McDermott enough to bring more coverage guys into the box to defend the run.

As a bills fan, I will tell you, most of us are not wanting the ravens or bengals because it’s just not a good matchup for us. There are just some teams that just beat you in areas or ways that you don’t bode well in. But the bengals defense is just bad this year so it may not be so bad Which is ironic cause we matchup well with the chiefs (unlike literally every team in the nfl) and we still lose in the postseason but it’s been close last two times. It makes the matchups sweeter when they happen. We will get some great matchups in both conferences this year. I mean all the wild card teams(currently) are from 2 teams in the AFC. Imagine another matchup between KC and BUF. The revenge game except this time it is in the CCG. We know that what happens in the regular season does not matter and these two teams have not met in three seasons. That is a nice present to unwrap instead of this being the 4th installment where KC won the previous 3..lol. I'm a Josh guy, but yeah, I wouldn't love to face the Bengals in Round 1. I think they'd still win because Josh Allen has been going off, but it'd be a nailbiter imo because Burrow has been going off too. Plus, Burrow has beaten Josh Allen in the playoffs before Additionally, if the Bengals get in, it would mirror past teams that got hot at the right time and/or got help elsewhere to end the year like the 05 Steelers, 07 Giants, 10 Packers, 11 Giants, and 2020 Bucs. All these teams ended up winning the SB too, so there's that A possible silver lining though is that Buffalo could look at this playoffs as like a personal revenge tour. Getback on Bengals from 22, Ravens from this year if Ravens get the 3 seed, & KC from year's past. That's my take
