First skill doesn't say that William has to be surrounded. William can potentially hit his target with 2400+300 smote damage. It only says whoever is attacking gets hit , up to 3.

With that 20% march speed from Walace, bringing gorgo in the field would be good. Same as Zhuge has no march speed, people pairing him with 15% march speed from Herman P. So Gorgo/Walace, Liu/alex, Guan(museum relic)/Scipio for those main inf players

LC also have 20% so Wallace/Gorgo has same speed as Gorgo/Lc

@@kilde_lol6646 only a noob/less experienced player will use liu as secondary to gorgo when doing field fighting, unless you're talking about players doing "duels" on 1vs1 situation. I'm running 5 marches on the field and never have a single thought on using gorgo/liu before as my liu is always either with Scipio or Alex. With Walace coming into the game, now my Gorgo can now running into the field too

@@jackrisonjoseph I was just saying WW/Gorgo is gonna struggle with march speed the same as Gorgo/Lc did. I run 7 and don’t use Gorgo. WW/Gorgo likely gonna be great but it still gonna be slow af. For people running I think either have VIP 18 or think about using 8% Ms accessory if you don’t have full legendary accessories

So after new Inf rally was just revealed, does 2nd inf March better than 2nd cav or archer? I’m low spend and only run 3 -4 marches. 2cav 1nf and sometimes I’ll run 4th archer match depending on rss and speeds. I’m debating if I should scrap my archer March for 2nd Inf march

I'm confident that LC/WW will be the best march in the game....by far. I'm not confident at all how well WW would pair with Scipio, Alex or Gorgo. And even if he does pair well....I still feel like it'd be such a waste to split him from LC. I'm assuming you have Scipio. I would not build a second inf march right now....because that means you'll have to either invest in Guan or Alex. I think the play would be to either invest in WW and bench Scipio or skip WW all together. It hurts....but for long term account outlook that's probably the best way to go for a low spend. From there....if you are in an artifact kvk, you can flex Scipio out as a secondary for cav or archer (which he would do awesome in) and also in the future....there may be a scenario where the next inf commander pairs well with WW and then you can run Scipio/LC again.

Hmmm. Looks amazing I’m hype, but atm I’m only running one march, and I got like 380 GH, so unless it’s crazy better then scipio/Liu I’m gonna stick with that march and start working on a second march. I’m still hyped though.. but do you think still running scipio/Liu will be fine?

Lc+William is going to be so broken for cheese burgering, +40% dmg on first Lc skill, instant proc damage, shields, and immune to slows...

Great info! He seems rather underwhelming so far. In what situation would you prefer to run WW over Alex or Gorgo? William Wallace looks like Gorgo with 20% march speed, but you lose Gorgo's 30% normal dmg debuff. And WW's 40% smite dmg buff with a 10 second cooldown looks quite a bit worse than Gorgo's 30% normal dmg buff with a 5 second cooldown and 3 second duration. I think if you are running 2 inf marches, you'd still prefer: Guan + Scipio LC + Alex or Gorgo + LC Alex for march speed / debuffs, or Gorgo for single target damage / debuffs.

@@xDread right now….. without seeing any testing I think LC/WW is the best March in the game. But the second best inf March is probably still guan/scip. If scip/Ww works well and I can run that with LC/Alex that would be ideal but I just won’t know until I can use it during kvk. “Testing” for LC/Alex isn’t great but that March is amazing in actual open fielding

@@68Busdriver word! Yeah, definitely want to see LC/WW and WW/LC testing. Love the idea of running WW primary for that new rage reduction talent. Denying like 6+ horn procs every skill cycle for 3 talent points seems pretty absurd.

Where you can skip him and it probably won’t make too much of a difference…. But I do think LC/WW is Probably going to be part of the best March in the game whereas Beli is a slight upgrade over Huo for the second cav March.

Hey bus, I’ve always been kind of confused how the mechanics of shields works. Does it scale with the amount of troops like skill damage? What determines how much damage it can take? If you could do a video on it or answer it here I’d appreciate it.

@@langstonglass2852 that’s actually a good question. I have no idea. It’s probably scaled off of the defense and health of the March. Only damage is impacted my total troops not damage mitigation

@@Jabari1978 I wouldn’t say mandatory….. but wedge doesn’t benefit smite. I don’t think it’s a bad idea to start pulling arch for every troop type actually

ur missing on the smite tree benefits by not using braveheart primary, like the aoe rage reduction which seems broken... and isn't atillas main benefit in that his counterattack? so doubt braveheart would work in practical settings where enemies swarm garrisons... seems INF will rule the field for next year or so...

@@Lugh-gv6jx I was actually going to make a video about it once we know the MGE commander. Losing 135 rage over 8 turns isn’t really that big of a deal. You’re talking maybe a second longer to fire the active skill…. Like half the time

This commander is underrated af. Remember when LC was revealed everyone doubted. This isn’t quite as good but people are underestimating him. Also smite tree could be pretty good if those other points boost normal dmg

I don’t remember that anyone underestimated Liu Che because he hits 5 targets with 2250 and much better than Scipio who hits 3 targets with 2000.

@@DDKKAY they said he didn’t provide enough stats (no health) and didn’t have a debuff. This was also before people realized how strong smite was and also that his expertise was a rage engine. Ppl were making a case that Scipio was still better. Go look up the content creator videos of where he was first leaked if you want to verify

@@68Busdriver I'm just looking at it from a synergy standpoint. I could be wrong as it just came out so I haven't deep dived into any theory crafting. But I just don't think Scipio will pair that well with William. He was able to do it with Lui che because of how good Lui che is. Gorgo is really defensive and Williams kit looks really defensive to me with all the debuffs removal, shielding, and procs when attacked. Since the smite tree is kinda meh I could see a tanky march like gorgo and William causing a lot of pain on the field. Lui che Alex is better than scipio Lui che. This really only leaves guan scipio
