super cool video man! I'm looking to start collecting Pokémon cards but have always been concerned about going to these types of shows with not a lot of knowledge any tips on how to not get gouged?

Thanks! My advice is to kind of have a list of what you are looking for and knowing the current market value of those cards. Everyone uses TCGplayer for the current market value on raw cards since you can filter by condition. If you are looking for graded cards, ebay last solds are the most used for price comps. And it never hurts to ask/haggle as long as it's not a low-ball offer

@@R3zagronTCG sweet ty for the info. Like i said im pretty new getting back into this since the last time i messed around with cards was as a kid in around LG and FR time frame haha. I am surprised with how hard it is to get my hands on ETB's or just packs in general these days.... feels like its turning more into a money maker for ppl then kids game/collectables hobby idk if you are experiencing the same sort of thing where you are at.

Unfortunately it is hard for anyone to get product. These new sets are so popular they fly off the shelves as soon as they are stocked. If you have a local game store or card shop, they typically have product but at current market value which could be higher than MSRP.
