Currently working alongside a Project Manager that was promoted from a Implementation Analyst and lets just say the individual wants to control my role and theres great points I'm preparing to have a conversation with our director and I needed this perspective keep these video's comming ED 💥💥💥

@nicolee1005 Battling micromanaging is definitely a challenge... However, the most critical first step is to talk with the person that is micromanaging you. Before you escalate, please ensure you have done everything you can to resolve the micromanaging issue. If this continues, then you MUST escalate right away...
