Danny, I have agoraphobia so I don't go out and I live in an area where takeaways are limited, so I look forward to watching you because you go places, eat great food and most of all you make me laugh and make my day. Keep up the good work. Perhaps one day you can bring me some lovely food. Lots of love to you and your family xxxx
@BugalugsNugget3 жыл бұрын
Jo, I'm not Danny, but we're all one big family here as far as I'm concerned, and we need to look out for each other. While it's not the same as what you're going through, I myself suffered with panic attacks whenever I went out. I would sweat profusely, felt everyone was looking at me, and dreaded catching my reflection in a shop window. It got so bad that I stopped going out myself, so I can sympathise, even though my condition might be different from yours. One thing that helped me was going out with a friend, so I didn't feel quite so exposed. I don't know if that works with agoraphobia, but it might be worth a try. As an example, I remember being in a queue in a shop once and I was sweating like crazy and really struggling. My parents turned up in the same shop, came over to see me, and just like magic all of my symptoms disappeared. I don't claim to understand agoraphobia or what you're going through, but just wanted to share something that might help you get through your days. Maybe just try taking little steps down the path to the street. One or two more every week until you feel comfortable. What was once scary will become a little more comfortable. It’s all about expanding that comfort zone. Currently, you’re comfortable in your house, but you can expand that. You're an absolute trooper for admitting your struggles though. Hang in there, Jo! One step at a time and you'll get there. One day you'll look back on these times and realise just how far you've come.
@jojohnson54933 жыл бұрын

@BugalugsNugget3 жыл бұрын
@@jojohnson5493 I sympathise and am so sorry you've had some crappy experiences that have hurt you so much and have led to this. I don't know you, but I'm sure you've got a lot to offer to the world, and your hiding away isn't what YOU (or we) need. Remember, we only get one chance at this life (one innings if I'm thinking in Cricket terms), so we need to try and make it count and make as much of a positive difference as we can. It might be controversial, but I believe only good people beat themselves up and admit to their faults. I think you're one of these people. The fact that you're strong enough to admit to your difficulties is a big deal, believe me. The thing to do to begin with is to focus on yourself and forget about everything and everyone else, apart from those who really care about you, like your closest family and friends. I totally understand what you mean when you say everything is just so frightening, but all I can suggest is to just take it one step at a time (e.g. an extra step down the drive every now and then). What was once scary for you will become normal in time. Trust me, even though I don't really know you, I believe in you because you were strong enough to admit your difficulties. So many people don't do that. You are really special for putting yourself out there and doing that. It takes a lot of courage. Just take it one step at a time. Push yourself a tiny bit further each day. In time, what was once scary as hell to you will feel normal. X

I live approximately 3 mile away from that takeaway and have never heard of them. I will be trying them. Indian food is my favourite! 😻

I am from the United States, Florida. But I have been all over the states and we don't have food like that. Most certainly not take out. And there are not generous portions like that either. I need to do The UK! But I need a translator! Half the time I haven't got a clue as to what you said!😂❤

Makes me laugh how he calls it nam bread instead of naan 😆 either way, i love a garlic one myself to soak up all the curry 😋

We have just been here, got 2 chicken tikka nans and a lamb tikka nan. Only found out about this place after watching this and oh my word it didn't disappoint. Service fantastic, food amazing. Will definitely be going back 10/10.

I would pay good money for Danny's version of "Stayin' Alive" by the BeeGees - kzbin.info/www/bejne/f5DMq6l3l814rrs 🙂

@Mark Ryan didn’t see the other comments so maybe it’s not a joke then, i guess they’re just trying to be nice if that’s the case

That looks amazing!.. it's good to see a restaurant breaking away from the usual tradition and putting their own spin on it. I love Indian food. I'm off to Newcastle " wey aye man"

Look at Danny's numbers! 351,000 subscribers, wow! And there's little wonder why he is so popular, he's a natural and so good with people and genuinely enthusiastic about the food and the places he visits. No wonder people are always getting selfies with him!

I get the impression that when the takeaway staff see the camera and learn who Danny is, they are on their best behaviour and make it a point of being as helpful as possible.
@paulc1803 жыл бұрын
and why wouldn't they although Danny has had a couple of really rude ones serving him. Look at "Trying Chicken & Fish with Rice & Lentils" rude shite

Watched this a couple of times, not a fan of Indian food, but the guy behind the counter was excellent, the service was spot on, if he keeps giving great service and food, that place will be a popular takeaway for sure
