Ive only had German food twice. Once in Germany on my wait to Kuwait and at a nice resturant called Edelweiss in Colorado Springs and I was impressed! Never been to Fl so I need to visit once everything settles. Tfs ❤

Hello Dear, you have to come to Germany and eat real german food, the gulasch is normally served with a dark brown sauce with paprika in it and maybe some Spätzle noodles or knödel, real delicious. The Curry Wurst you eat not with potato and Sauerkraut, but with pommes frites. Really lecker/delicious. But I prefer Reibekuchen with Apple Sauce. Will see you here, I'm in Cologne Germany. The first time I've seen eating at an American German restaurant that really almost deserves the name "real" German food! Jägerschnitzel looks good, bread seems to be ok too, even the bratwurst seems to be quite authentic, otherwise you only see white bread, some red sausage that doesn't have much to do with Germany! hope it was good!

Everything on that table looked somewhat .. wrong. The mushroom pieces in the sauce were too big, the sauce itself too watery, The curry wurst/sausage should have been cut into slices before serving, the curry powder on top is missing. The cabbage (i guess it is supposed to be Sauerkraut) looked too brown (which normally means: cooked with too much sugar, too much caramelized), garlic fries don't exist in germany, did i forget something? possible. The beer without foam - typical american, you would not see that in germany (or around). at least 1cm white foam on top to separate the beer from the air. (And yes, as an austrian a breaded schnitzel with mushroom sauce is something horrible. Here in austria a jägerschnitzel is an unbreaded schnitzel with sauce. (unbreaded means fried like a steak in a pan with butter until the meat itself becomes golden-braun)) The gulasch was also horrible. Too big chunks of meat, wrong color - should be more reddish than brown because the main spice is paprika. the consistency looked wrong - gulasch is a one pot mix of 1/2 meat, 1/2 onions boiled together for a long time spiced mainly with paprika.

German here....OMG 🤮How can you eat currywurst with mashed potatoes and sauerkraut? To sell this as German cuisine is an absolute disgrace. The so-called goulash doesn't look like German goulash at all. Canned mushrooms? The sauerkraut is definitely American style. I would ask for my money back. Did you at least enjoy it? The fact is, this is not a typical German dish! It's not true at all that sauerkraut is a national dish throughout Germany! Maybe in southern Germany. Germany doesn't have a uniform cuisine, but rather many different regional dishes.😂
