Cassava flour is an excellent alternative for those who practice bodybuilding compared to wheat flour. It has a lower glycemic index, providing sustained energy and avoiding glucose spikes. Being gluten-free, it’s easier to digest and reduces gastrointestinal discomfort. Additionally, it contains essential vitamins and minerals, such as potassium and magnesium, which help with muscle contraction and prevent cramps. Less processed and versatile, cassava flour is a source of complex carbohydrates that supports recovery and performance in intense workouts.

The mousse of "ninho" with strawberry is kind of flavor of the filling of a traditional homemade bonbon (a candy of chocolate with or without a filling). The bonbon is made with a whole strawberry enveloped with the mousse/cream of "ninho" flavor inside a crust of chocolate. It's a very good and strong tasting. They're traditional bonbon in german neibohoods, but pretty appreciated by almost everyone in every region of Brazil. I don't really know if they have this candy in Germany though. PS.: Although "ninho" means "nest" in a direct translation, the word comes from the spanic word "niño" (the speech is almost the same) which means boy (that are more like childs than adults) and is also used in generalizations (where there are boys and girls mixed). The "ninho" flavor is unrelated of how a young would taste though. This name is used because in Brazil there's this very popular brand of powdered milk for children called "Ninho" that even adults like. So, where you see "ninho flavor" you should understand like the taste of milk prepared for children palate.
