In our place we don't use shredded coconut in Putobongbong & Bibingka because it is dry & spoil fast due to hot weather. We really love cheese with it.

Aww, LOVE THIS. I miss puto bbng and bibingka. I remember having meryenda with my Mom at Via Mare near Landmark after shopping.. I miss these parts of my childhood.
