YAY! I love Benson Boone! This kid didn't even know he could sing until he was in high school (I think when he was a senior). He was asked by a friend to play piano in a battle of the bands contest. The vocalist dropped out at the last minute and Benson stepped in. He started posting videos on TikTok and then auditioned for American Idol (2021). He dropped out, even though Katy Perry told him he could win it all. He was on Sweden Idol (2022). Now he has released an album. He is from Monroe, WA and will be 22 on June 25. Other songs I would suggest are "In The Stars" written for his grandmother and "Slow It Down." This video was shot in Utah.

His story is pretty crazy. From just stating to sing his senior year of high school. To dropping out of American idol because he felt others deserved it more because they wanted it since they were kids to mow his album and having a number one song for weeks. Now he is opening up for Taylor swift on the eras tour. Honestly check out the video for "Slow it down" and "cry"
