1. There isn't one day I don't listen to this version of Bohemian Rhapsody from Angelina. Not a single day. Always from reactions, and I must say that the best reactions came from reactors who have never heard of Angelina before. I watched reactions 5 or 6 times ever since this came out in Jan 2020. I've seen vocal coaches stunned, jaws dropping and tears running down from some reactors' cheeks. This rendition of the iconic Queen's Bohemian rhapsody is top notch. Thanks Thale for your reaction. By the way, I gather you're norwegian. It's funny that you haven't heard of Angelina before as you mentioned in your previous videos?.

It was amazing indeed, and yes I’m a Norwegian. I tend to lean towards electronica, techno and metal. Since I don’t watch tv, and thus things that are from there pass me by I’ve not ended up with anything exposing me for wonders like Angelina. I am probably a part of a small minority who haven’t heard her before now, especially with the skill she’s shown ❤️ I am very glad, and grateful, that I can dive into her music now ❤️❤️

For everyone who doesn't know yet: Not only did Angelina get the golden buzzer from judge Heidi Klum, but she also received huge praise from the remaining members of the legendary Queen. Queen were delighted with Angelina's arrengement and shared it on Twitter with the words "WOW, what a rendition" (three years later they repeated their praise on TT in March 27th 2023 with the words "absolutely killed it".) What was unfortunately not to be seen here, all four judges came on stage to congratulate Angelina (very rarely). 👣💯 *AJ* 💯👣 BTW, Angelina released her version of Bohemian Rhapsody with permission from Queen on January 24th, 2020 under her own label ANGELINA JORDAN INC. shortly after Angelina celebrated her 14th birthday. When you're a singer taking part in a talent competition like this, you have about 2 minutes on stage - so you can't perform a song as long as Bohemian Rhapsody in its entirety, you have to shorten it and reduce it to its emotional core - and Angelina Jordan is excellent at that (because she learned that very early on, even before she took part in Noway's Got Talent). As for AGT being huge, that's relative. When NGT' 2014 finale with Angelina aired, 1.033 million viewers tuned in live (Norway's population at the time was around 5 million). That's why some commenters are quite surprised that you've never heard of her, but if you never watch TV that's understandable - her early public appearances were mostly on TV (NRK, TV2 Norway, ABC, TV4 Sweden, Singapore TV and the like). The 2020 census for the US was 331 million, which with the same reach would mean there must have been around 66 million Americans watching Angelina's AGT The Champions performances - in fact, episode 1 (Bohemian Rhapsody) had 8.06 million viewers when it aired, the finale (with Yellow Brick Road) had 7.16 million. Beautiful reaction again, Thale 🙂 This performance earned her The Golden Buzzer from Heidi Klum, and you're absolutely right in assuming that this was her own arrangement of the song. As a matter of fact, the remaining members of Queen were so impressed by her performance that they pinned it on their social media, saying "WOW! What a rendition! ". They even gave her the copyright to her rendition, which is quite remarkable by a band that's normally known for being VERY protective of their material. I guess it speaks directly to her incredible skills on many levels. She performed the song on Allsang På Grensen when she was 16, the same arrangement obviously, but another 3 years older. Performing live on a stage for the 1st time since the pandemic struck in 2020. On that show she also performed "I Have Nothing" by Whitney Houston, which is another MUST WATCH. You're also almost right that her birthday is late in the year. As a matter of fact it's 10 days into the year; her birthday is January 10th. I really hope you'll continue on your Angelina journey, there are SO many incredible performances by her it's not even funny😅 In the meantime, have an amazing week ahead! Thale, when she appeared on this Show, in reality she was not a contestant. Instead, she was a Celebrity Guest performing for the audience and all of America at the same time. With all that on the line her poise and confidence never dissipated and her genuine soulfulness transformed into the purest form of love and touched all our hearts, giving us goosebumps, starting to tear up (with an urge to cry) and finding it difficult to speak normally during or right after she sang for us. And, you know what? It will never change. The love exchange between the both of you is a two way street and what is so amazing she has enough love in her heart to affect people all over the world.

eTraxx She didn't misspeak. The producers set it up because they wanted to compensate for the difference between the 2019 recording date and the 2020 broadcast date. The last judge, Heidi Klum, gave her the "Golden Buzzer" but that was cut, probably to avoid copyright problems. BTW, your math for her age was off because the whole show was recorded over a week or two in the fall of 2019, since this was the Champion's edition, for winners or finalists from other countries Got Talent Franchise. There were 50 Superfans (1 from each state) that voted, not the TV audience as they do in the regular summer AGT competitions. This performance was aired on Jan 6, 2020, just 4 days before her 14th birthday. Her 2nd & 3rd performances were in Feb 2020 after she turned 14, but 13 for all performances. Keith, do you have a source for saying there were 50 superfans (one per state)? As far as I know, the statement was "but there are superfans who represent all 50 states." But it was never said how many there were, nor whether they were chosen based on the Senate or House voting system.

@@paulwagner9303 I don't remember where I read it, but I was watching her AGT performances in real time, since I had discovered her 2 years earlier. However, if there are 50 superfans representing all 50 states, then there has to be 1 per state. It was all very vague at the time & I wouldn't be surprised if they were just 50 buddies of Simon Cowell, who probably lived in the LA area. Who knows, but I'm pretty sure if TV viewers nationwide were voting, Angelina would have won.
