The Bee Gees are 3 brothers whose harmonies are fabulous. They are one of the best groups ever and have loads of fantastic songs over decades. They also wrote songs for other singers. No autotune just pure talent.

Barry is still singing. He released a solo album called IN THE NOW in 2016, and GREENFIELDS Volume 1 in 2021 which is mostly duets with Country artists (Dolly Parton, Keith Urban, Olivia Newton John, etc) that went to #1. He hopes to be back in the studio for a volume 2. He had been doing some live performances before Covid started, but none recently. Thanks for keeping the music alive. Barry Gibb was born in 1946. The other two brothers are fraternal twin, Robin and Maurice. They were born in 1949. They started singing when Barry was 8 and the twins Maurice and Robin were 5. They formed the Bee Gees in music group in 1958. They wrote and produced over 1,000 songs over 5 decades and wrote for Diana Ross, Dion Warrick, Celine Dion, Barbara Streisand, Kenny Rogers and Dolly Parton and even Michael Jackson. They were musical geniuses. They constantly reinvented themselves, constantly growing as singers and song writers. Here's just a few of their most popular songs. They have sold over 120 million records worldwide (with estimates as high as over 225 million records sold worldwide), making them among the best-selling music artists of all time. They were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1997; the Hall's citation says, "Only Elvis Presley, the Beatles, Michael Jackson, Garth Brooks and Paul McCartney have outsold the Bee Gees." With nine number-one hits on the Billboard Hot 100, the Bee Gees are the third-most successful band in Billboard charts history behind only the Beatles and the Supremes. Following Maurice's sudden death in January 2003 at the age of 53, Barry and Robin retired the group's name after 45 years of activity. In 2009, Robin announced that he and Barry had agreed that the Bee Gees would re-form and perform again. Robin died in May 2012, aged 62, after a prolonged period of failing health, leaving Barry as the only surviving member of the group. Their younger brother Andy was about 10 years younger than the twins. He formed his own group and was as talented as his older brothers. He did sing with the Bee Gees a few times. Andy died in 1988 from inflammation of the years, as a result of a viral infection.

Actually there was 4 brothers Barry, Robin, and Maurice formed the Bee Gees. And their little brother Andy preformed solo. Barry is the only one left.

@Harriet Reacts Okay beautiful check this out, the group the Bee Gees were brothers. All 3 brothers have falsetto range which made them that more talented. The Bee Gees have been recording as a group since the early 60's. The group became even more popular in the 70's. Their music could easily stand up today in rotation on any R&B or Soft Rock Radio station. Sadly, Barry Gibb the lead singer is the only brother still alive. The youngest brother Andy Gibb not in the group, but a great solo artist in his own right passed away first. Maurice Gibb passed away then Robin Gibb passed away leaving only Barry. Check out Andy Gibb and his hit song called DON'T THROW IT ALL AWAY, it won't disappoint.

They are using the singing technique called "falsetto". It's a method of voice production used by male singers, especially tenors, to sing notes higher than their normal range. The Bee Gees' normal voices are much lower. They have a lot of songs in their natural voices.
